I have experience with 4 different platforms. I have found Cannon to be simple, very open, easy to use, and extremely transparent. John specifically has gone out of his way to be helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He is also very patient with me and understanding. I would recommend Cannon and their staff unequivocally and rate them as simply the BEST.

The customer service, support and attention to detail give by John D. Thorpe was top tier. A refreshing experience compared to the previous broker I was working with.

Opening and account with Cannon trading was smooth as silk. Easiest account I have ever opened. Mark went out of his way to make it seamless. I would highly recommend them and their app is easy to navigate.

It is very important to me to work with a company that provides readily available telephone support. I am very pleased that support staff at Cannon answers the phone and willingly provides technical support from a real person. Kimberly, the broker assigned to me, has been great in helping me get started with the Demo.

After review of several I started an online application with Cannon, but they offer multiple products. A representative called, asked me a few questions about trading goals and sent a link to the appropriate application to the proper product for my needs. She notified me on the completion of each step through the process.

The Data feed has been consistent and dependable. The built in options flexible. The staff responses time and resolution in guidance, instructions, and remedying apparent glitches or issues, whether on the user side or the platform side has been fast. Friendly interactions always. Great informative reviews, hints, suggestions via email posts and offers, invitations to learn to more.

My experience with Cannon Trading has been positive. Multiple representatives have helped me to get properly set up for trading. As a new trader, I needed a little extra assistance. When I reached out, they responded not only in a reasonable time, but also answered my questions and concerns.

John let me know he would help me in any way he possibly could. I am Technologically challenged and I appreciate his helpfulness. His easy going demeanor is helpful also.

Account opening was a breeze. Emails from Ilan and Kimberly were very clear and the response was prompt. Futures trading isn't for everyone so I appreciate the direct email signature message from Ilan that says "Futures trading is risky and not for everyone. Customers may lose all or more of their investment." This is direct and honest.

My primary broker Ilan Levy-Mayer has been there at every request or question. Excellent client support.

Joe Easton was my best broker ever.I had issues learning the platform and Mr. Easton was second to none as every issues was resolved point by point. He was very good about negotiating rates not to mention fair. Please know that I have been with five other brokers so I know what I am talking about.
