Scam. It’s never coming. And they know it.
Update: I love that they double down! Here is the email they sent on April 23rd after I did a chargeback with my credit card. It’s also a bit disappointing that my professional writing style made them accuse me of dishonesty.

We noticed that you recently opened up a chargeback for your recent order that was placed on 02-26-2026. We realize that you have not yet received your order, and we’re so sorry for the delay! However, looking at the tracking information, it looks like your order should be delivered shortly. Here’s a tracking link to confirm (trust pilot does not allow links)
If you have any concerns about the delivery of your order, we ask that you please contact our support email. Once you do receive your order, would it be possible to contact your bank & close the chargeback that you opened? This would help us out tremendously.

Here is my last email to them after they had the audacity to request that I cancel my chargeback:
Subject: Final Notice – Order Not Received, Immediate Refund Required
Hello,
I placed an order with your company on February 25 and received a confirmation with a tracking link the following day. That tracking link has since expired and is no longer functional.
After not receiving my order, I contacted your team approximately one month later and was told the shipment had cleared customs and would arrive shortly. It did not.
On April 16, I received an automated email asking about my order as though it had been delivered. It has not. I reached out again two days ago requesting cancellation and a full refund, only to be told that “nothing can be done.”
That response is unacceptable.
I paid nearly $100 USD over two months ago and have received no product. There is no legitimate customer service system in which an order cannot be canceled or refunded after this length of time with zero delivery. At this point, you have taken payment and failed to deliver—this meets the definition of non-fulfillment.
Additionally:
* Your original tracking link has expired and provides no information
* The updated tracking link you provided shows no movement since March 20
* You continue to provide inconsistent and inaccurate delivery expectations
* You are actively sending promotional emails advertising faster U.S. shipping, which indicates you had options to resolve this issue but chose not to
I no longer want this product. I do not trust your company, and I would not use anything you provide for my animals.
Consider this my final request:
Issue a full refund immediately.
I will not cancel my chargeback. I will be submitting this entire email chain, along with all supporting documentation, to my credit card company as part of a formal dispute.
If the product does happen to arrive, I will not be keeping it. If you cannot provide a clear and reasonable return process, it will be donated.
Do not contact me again unless it is to confirm that my refund has been processed.
