I’m not satisfied with your service. This feels like a fraud company. Before the payment, everything was explained very politely, but once the payment was made, proper service was not provided.

This is very disappointing. Please resolve my issue immediately or initiate a refund as soon as possible.

I would also like to advise new customers to be cautious and avoid such services if the issues are not resolved properly.

Very disappointing experience. They promised high-quality, custom logo designs but delivered low-effort, generic work that looked copied. Revisions didn’t improve anything. When I raised concerns, they were rude and refused a refund. I later found other customers reporting similar issues. Overall, unprofessional service and poor quality. Would not recommend.

They are a fraud! Especially the Rahul Gupta guy is a big cheat.

Rahul Gupta is a big cheat, he is so efficient and hands on before taking payment and after that ghosts clients.
one ex employee told me that she was also ghosted by the same Rahul, and harassed by the other employees; Rahul Bhardawaj and Saloni Garg.
The ex employee also told me they use Ai to make logos and the Rahul tells to just complete the clients and do not worry about the clients choices as the money is already paid.
when i asked for refund i was denied and ghosted again, my whole of 3k wasted, no deliverables given at all.

Extremely disappointed with the service from Cannibals Media. After purchasing a premium package, I expected basic professionalism and client support — but that seems missing.

Despite multiple requests, there has been no proper call-back or direct communication. Being told to “wait” repeatedly without any resolution is unacceptable, especially for a paying premium client.

Poor attitude, lack of accountability, and zero urgency in handling client concerns. Definitely not the level of service promised.

Would not recommend.

I am writing this because, like many others, I fell for the polished marketing of Rahul Gupta and Cannibals Media Private Limited. My experience mirrors the dozens of other horror stories online: they are experts at selling, but they vanish the moment the invoice is settled.

The Bait and Switch
Before payment, communication was seamless. They used their own paid ads and professional-sounding pitches to build trust. However, as soon as the funds were transferred, the "service" completely stopped.

Key Issues Experienced:
- Complete Ghosting: After the initial payment, my calls went unanswered and my messages were ignored for weeks.
- Broken Promises: Not a single deliverable from our contract was met. No strategy, no execution, and zero results.
- The "Busy" Excuse: On the rare occasion I did get a response, it was a dismissive claim of being "too busy" to provide the very service I paid for.
- No Transparency: No reports or updates were ever provided. It felt like my project didn't even exist to them once they had the money.

A Clear Pattern of Misconduct
It is now clear that this isn't just a "bad day" for the agency; it is their business model. After researching on Trustpilot and other forums, the pattern is identical:
- High-pressure sales and frequent follow-ups.
- Immediate silence post-payment.
- Low-quality work (if anything is delivered at all) or automated/fake engagement that gets flagged.
- Refusal to issue refunds despite zero work being done.

Final Verdict: Do not be fooled by their Instagram ads or their "professional" website. This agency lacks basic integrity and customer care. Save your money and your sanity - look for a marketing partner that actually values their reputation.

This company is completely unprofessional. They promised to create and deliver 10 custom-made logos, but only provided one logo, which clearly appears to be AI-generated. When I requested a refund, they refused and stated that refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate payments or technical issues.

I would strongly advise others to avoid using their services.

Very unprofessional experience. After I declined the pricing, the owner, using the official business account, sent abusive messages including religion-based remarks. Such behavior is unacceptable. I would advise caution before dealing with this company.
