Cannabist Arvostelua 

Never buying from cannabist again. Bought 3 clones and what i got is nothing but poor disgraceful quality. Who ever does their clones should get a talking to or just canned. Made a complaint the same day and it said it got sent. Never heard from cannabist about my query. I've posted pictures on Facebook groups and everyone says the same and that what i got is day light robbery. I was a happy customer of cannabist and was recommending it to my friends and family. But after this they lost a large number of supporters. Such a shame.

clones were extremely small compared to previous clones half my order arrived ,wrong clones arrived
But biggest problem is the size of the clones and quality and packaging

Very bad I bought seeds and when they arrived all my seeds where broken 😞.

Honestly after weeks of waiting and that happens just a huge disappointment.

The service on Cannabist is bad there’s response to emails there’s no phone number to call when things go South.

Very quick turn around. And... I got some extra seeds I didn't bargain for to play with in addition to the seeds I ordered. The prices are excellent and I can't wait to get growing... For medical reasons obviously :)

The website is nice and user-friendly. My package was delivered quickly and without any hassle. The package came in a bubble wrapped folder and I even got extra seeds, which is great! I will definitely ordered from the Cannabist again!

Pros:

Website is user-friendly which makes navigation and the ordering process quite simple. Good selection of strains with regards to clones and seeds. I ordered the Frosted Apricots clone on 21 October 2021. I received communication regarding the status of my order during each step of the process. I received the clone within the timeframe which they were promised on 5 November 2021.

Cons:

The Frosted Apricots clones were dead on arrival. Not much larger than my thumb and by the next day, the leaves turned into dust. I received another clone along with the order, which I assume was given to me for free or by accident, but the fact remains that it's not what I paid for.

On 5 November 2021 I was contacted and offered the options of a full refund or replacement, which tells me that they already knew that they sent me a faulty or incorrect product. I responded by email, telling them that it's understandable and I'd prefer the replacement clone.

I have received no communication from them since. I've sent 2 previous emails asking to get an update on the situation and/or to provide me with any form of information regarding the status of the refund/replacement, without any success. Today is 18 November 2021 and I just sent my 3rd email in hopes of getting a response.

My experience with doing business with Cannabist was professional right up until the time it was time for them to actually provide the service and the product I actually ordered or at least correct their mistake. Disappointing and frustrating!!!

Excellent service! Highly recommended! Seedlings neatly packed. I also appreciate the freebie I received after a tiny hold-up. Very excited about my next grow!
