To provide a different POV,

I always got what I ordered, on time, discrete packaging, smell proof.

I cannot speak of the extracts and hash as I haven’t ordered those.

The flowers are always nice, full of trichomes, nice and fuzzy. Smokes nicely, tastes clean. The buds are nicely trimmed, not leafy, not seedy.

I’m sorry for anyone who’s had a bad experience, but I can’t say the same after many orders by now. I always buy the same strain btw.

The only negative I can think of is that the strength of the flower varies sometimes but not enough for me to call it crap. It’s a plant, it happens, it’s still much nicer than I could grow.

Didn’t have to get in touch with the customer team for anything just yet.

If someone calls this spice, they need to try spice. If you need to grind and smoke the flower in order to recognise you got got with spice, you have no experience with spice or weed for that matter.

at the start the weeds legit then it swaps for spice, i had to throw away 7g of spice and go back to my local guy as it makes you crave it bad man. it’s not worth it just buy local still.

They use DPD local couriers and you will be messed around. Long time customer, but delivery issues bc of DPD Local constantly . Ordered and not only did they fail to deliver in ordinary timeframe-I now have to wait until 6th Jan. ordered by start of work day on 29th in time for new year-as it was marketed

Getting pretty sick of late delivery when I pay £8 for next day. Ordered at roughly 9am with a midday cutoff to get it next day and yet again no delivery the next day. I’d say out of the problem 15-20 orders maybe 8-10 have been delivered on time. It’s a joke tbh. People out there building rockets and skyscrapers and the people working there can’t even maintain a standard of delivery.

I ordered a type of HHC hash which upon inspection contained plastic . When I contacted budmother they were very unhelpful and asked me to send them the evidence . I did so and their reply was that it was only clingfilm which is rubbish because the plastic was inside the hash not around it .
All they offered me in recompense was 20% off any future order and not even an offer of my money back which I was disgusted with. What made this worse was when I left a review ( which they constantly encourage you to do ) it disappeared from their site and had been deleted by them . When I tried to repost to warn other people I found they had blocked my email address.
Absolutely disgusted as I thought the days of " soap bar " like contamination were long gone. I feel like going through the Small Claims Court because they really didn't care that they were selling contaminated/ bad for your health rubbish.

Filth.

This company does not care about your health. They will sell you products that are harmful to consume.

The hash is like inhaling bleach. I'm not exaggerating. I told them it's not been cleaned. They know. They keep selling the same filth.

The weed is wet. You can't dry it. It's sprayed.
The basic hash is filth.
The temple ball is plant matter infused with cannabinoid and terpenes. The same resin that comes in the vape pens. Not hash.

None of the advertised levels and lab results can be trusted. The basic hash does not contain any noticeable HHC.

They know this. I've been talking with customer service. They know this ship is sinking. They're nice enough and they respond to complaints but they're still representing a company that will take your money and send you harmful filth instead of medicine.

Please don't waste your money or risk your health trying this filth.

Spent a bunch on flower at Budmother and it was a complete waste of money, I don't feel like the advertised lab levels are correct in the slightest. I'm going to get a sample independently tested to confirm.

I ordered from budmother without much research and got spooked by the reviews and i didn’t get a purchase confirmation immediately but i did get it, their postage was pretty fast as well as their responses and their flowers were top notch quality so i’m quite chuffed with them! Seems like a strong comeback and i hope they stay this good! Thankyou budmother!

Bud mother also ripped me off. Still waiting on my order purchased 3 months ago. Dozens of emails sent no response.. Best thing you can do is request a charge back.

I want to be able to give them say high score because the CBD HHC are very good ,
If the delivery goes missing , your in for a war for budmother to send out a new item ,
Budmother can get there money back for items lost , so I don’t know why they going slow about it ,
I have ordered over 20 times and about 7-8 have got lost ,
I believe that someone who works in Royal Mail knows what the package looks like and
Steal it ,
That is my only explanation why so many parcels from budmother to Royal Mail go missing

I've ordered from budmother a few times now with now with no issues. This time it's not arrived even though on there website it says it's been shipped. Tried to email and message but no answer, not even a sorry for the delay or any explanation on what's happening. They've taken my money but no product..

I use CBD and such for medical reasons, and this is honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Was so excited to get my order but only 1 out of 2 items came. I asked to be refunded for the item, and after 23 emails discussing the refund/proving to them I hadn't received an item and after 3 months I still haven't received the refund. They asked for my bank details and said a refund would be processed that same day, never got it. Now they won't respond to my emails. Basically stealing their customer's money in a cost of living crisis.

I ordered from budmother a few times without any issues, however a £253 order of CBD came completely full of seeds meaning the product was not enjoyable/smokable at all. Whilst the issue of quality control is questionable the customer services are terrible. I have emailed, text, used their online chat, and called to no avail. I left a review on their website and the next day I received an email from ‘Alex’ asking for proof of the seeds, which I sent straight away, and was ignored. I sent further proof, this time a picture with a lot of seeds and was ignored again and my review was removed from their website!!! I once swore by budmother whilst my partner used natural strains and my dad used hempire gardens but I feel really let down by them - particularly given the price of the CBD which is considerably more expensive than the other two sites mentioned.

I ordered cbd oil from them after talking to someone about cannabis oil being good for pain relief. I have arthritis in my hips and knees, and I have to take paracetamol and anti inflammatory tables every day, which I know isn’t good for the body, but I need to remain mobile, so I decided to try them, and chose the high strength 1000mg. Well.... it’s only day 2, but already I can feel a difference. I have stopped taking my other medication so am relying solely on the oil. Last night was the first night I haven’t had pains, or pins and needles shooting up my legs in bed. So.....I am feeling very optimistic at the moment. If this continues I will be placing a regular order!

ordered from here 7 weeks ago ,nothing arrived ,ive emailed endless times ,the guy has replied twice saying he will look into the order but nothing happens after that ,complete scam ,im sure the good reviews are fake ...now need to contact my bank to try get my money back ...
