Campcation Arvostelua

Greate support, hade some booking issues with a cabin and Campcation solved it directly!!

This company is most probably a scam. Don't use it. I booked and paid a camping spot. When I arrived at the campsite they told us there is not reservation. I tried to contact their service through both email and chat and I have not heard anything back from them.

Update: the company has paid me back. However, the service is slow and I will not use them again. When I needed them the most, when our reservation was rejected they were nowhere to be found for some days.

Very disappointing, and amateur, service from an "organisation" that appears to be running scared from both guests, and hosts. They regularly "manoeuvre" themselves around their own host terms and conditions to suit the needs of Campcation; in addition, they operate with free licence to "interpret" the guest terms and conditions so that there is only one winner...Campcation. Perhaps you need to decide if you are running with the hare, or the hounds, or (better still) maybe try and operate in a way that is fair, transparent and honest so that everyone benefits (including Campcation) in the long term. You might also want to sort out your lack of attention and value to "customer care"; it really is quite unacceptable to display a contact service, with a green "available" marker, only for it to take a VERY long time for someone to respond. Absolutely shocking; however, market forces will predict your future !

Aun no tengo respuesta. Espero tenerla pronto.
