The Campaign Monitor team are very supportive.

Working with the Campaign Monitor team is easy and a real pleasure. They supported me with a recent formatting issue, explaining why the issue had happened and what I could do to resolve it. They included screen shots to make it easy for me to make the changes and responded very quickly so that I could send my campaign the same day.

Best in class

We use Campaignmonitor since 10+ years. Yesterday was my first request – it was answered within less than an hour. Perfect service I almost never need (thats good, because the FAQ and tutorials are a good startingpoint).

Professional, courteous... just perfect!

Very professional team that is ready to help you immediately if you have any problems.

They have also created a tool that is easy to use and understand even for laymen. Have been good customers for years and fully satisfied.

Great at answering queries

I can always rely on Campaign Monitor to give a swift, helpful and clear answer to my queries. I am particularly impressed with the speed of response and the care to make ongoing discussion if further clarification is needed.

Excellent experience with Campaign Monitor support team

I have been a customer of Campaign Monitor for well over 10 years, and recently called on their support team to help diagnose and advise on a technical problem I was facing on their system. Their response was fast, friendly, generously detailed, and very helpful.

Very responsive service

I had a question for support, which ended up being something I should have known myself, but they were patient and kept responding to my further questions until I had resolved the issue.
