After years of using CM I rarely have to contact them but when we do I have always been satisfied with their help. The last couple of issues were solved quickly or explained so we could solve them. I feel we are using the right service and feel they got our back.

The response was quick and Vikki's explanations were clear.

I accidentally included a preview link in a survey email, meaning people could complete the survey but the results would not be captured.

As soon as I realised the mistake I used the help-bot which put me in touch the support team. Ray responded quickly and swapped out the dud link with the correct one, and we didnt lose any survey results.

As an agency account user I've used Campaign Monitor for many years and have found it to be the best solution for marketing email either when building custom coded solutions, templates, or using the excellent drag and drop builder for more basic email that can be easily managed by the client directly. Support is always exceptional.

Subscribed for a package, paid, my credit card debited for the subscription amount.
I logged in, provided all the required/ requested information, tried logging back the following day and getting this message “WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT AT THIS TIME A MEMBER OF YOUR TEAM HAS ALREADY CONTACTED US".
For over 1 week no reply to the email i sent to their support team No response to twitter nor Facebook message for help.
AVOID BY ALL COST THIS COMPANY DOESNT HAVE ANY HUMAN WORKING FOR THEM THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IGNORE YOU

A great product with really good customer support!

I had a question on trigger events based on date to initiate Journeys. The help team got back almost immediately and provided not just the simple answer but also additional details and implementation considerations. That made using the feature easy.
This is not an isolated case, they have responded the same way on other questions I have posed. This is customer service and help desk excellence in action.
