They make it nearly impossible to cancel. the support people are robotic and hard to understand. I have been trying to get answers from them for a while and finally gave up, but can't cancel.

I've used Campaigner now for over a decade. We send about 140,000 emails each month and have experienced minimal issues, good deliverability, and most importantly, excellent customer support whenever we call (which I did today).

Isaac was fantastic fixing the issue of me not being able to sign in or reset my password. Was a little crazy getting it to work but his patience and explanations were top notch. Everything now works and very happy.

The staff at Campaigner are well versed in their duties and always very helpful for anything I have ever requested. I'm sorry to be leaving as I have since moved and no longer require this access. I was able to send in an email to have myself removed from their distribution listing and it was responded within a more than sufficient time frame. Great team overall and always respectful.

It took over a month of troubleshooting the deliverability of SMS to my phone to find the solution. The UI is subpar and the usage of a toll free number automatically sends texts to Spam folders. After asking for a refund due to the fact that I couldn't use the service, they declined my request and kept roughly $300 and wasted several hours of my time. I would've considered returning to them and referring them if a refund was issued but I strongly believe that Campaigner should be avoided as a whole and the other entities that are a part of their umbrella of entities.

We have had a great experience with Campaigner over the past eight years. Email deliverability has been excellent, and the support team is highly responsive - typically attending to requests within minutes and resolving them within hours.

First, second, and third — this is a total scam.

I have tried the trial three different times, and not once was it able to send a single email. I would say that the support was awful, but that would be generous — what they are actually doing is attempting to run a scam. They never reply to support requests, and what was totally foolish on my part is that I only discovered this now, after wasting three full days.

They sell — or rather, try to sell — a product that simply does not work. It cannot even send an email, which is the height of irony since that is literally the only function they are being paid to perform.

Then you add the horrible customer service, and you have to ask: what could possibly go wrong?

They sell a product that does not work, and they provide zero support — literally zero — when you attempt to resolve the issue. Because they are selling something that does not function, this is a company that should be taken offline. On a good day, they waste your time and energy. On a bad day, they take your money.

They do not stand behind this product — but then again, how could they?

The worst. I tried to cancel an account that had been inactive for years --- 3 times. It was almost impossible and I. hung up once. When I called back, they said that because I hung up (in frustration) the account wasn't canceled. More than $2,000 in bogus charges.

I had a recurring (on auto pilot) campaign which was not sent out for a year and a half! When I complained, Campaigner emailed me that they had technical issues at the time. They refused to give me a refund. Very poor service. Look at their ratings.

The tool was clumsy, but I will say our sales rep was a great guy who helped a ton. We got locked out of the account a few times which they resolved. Our biggest issue was the lack of seamless integrations which made funnels cumbersome. We cancelled and will never use the platform again, but now they end up charging for another month (because it’s in the fine print).

When you choose a platform, how they treat their customers says a lot. These guys will take the bag regardless of your situation. I wouldn’t recommend or use these guys ever again unfortunately.

the worst cancel service ever - they charge you another month after you cancel WTH! also make you live chat or call in to cancel and the customer service agents are terrible!!!!

We have been using your services for several years. However, since last year, we’ve been unable to download tax invoices from our account login. As a result, I’ve had to contact your team every 2–3 months to manually request copies via email. This ongoing issue is frustrating—especially coming from a company that is supposed to be a leader in digital services.

Today, we made the decision to cancel our account. However, your support team informed us that cancellation must be done via phone or live chat. I attempted to use the live chat multiple times during your listed operating hours (4:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST), but no agent was ever available.

Why is it so difficult to cancel our account? This lack of accessibility and customer support is unacceptable. We respectfully request that you process our cancellation immediately and confirm that no further charges will be made.

I strongly advise against signing up, even for the free trial. The cancellation process is intentionally complicated—there’s no straightforward way to cancel your subscription. After emailing support, I was told to use the live chat, but it’s just an unhelpful chatbot loop with no resolution.

They capture your card details upfront, and you’re left with no control. Neither the support team nor the sales team provided any meaningful help. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels like a deliberate trap. Proceed with caution.

Emails never sent. Wouldn't have known if I wasn't sending to myself to test. Platform said they were delivered. All my DNS settings were correct etc.

Signed on with Campaigner last month and over a couple of weeks we saw not email capture what so ever. Contacted support to see if our setup was errored and was told that a company of my size is too small to benefit from this service. This was a key factor our sales person, Connor, never mentioned. Now trying to get the account cancelled from a billing perspective is a nightmare.

Campaigner.com is run by professional scam syndicate 100%. Please disregard all these fake reviews by their workers giving it a 5 star rating.
I created trial account and I was being taken around from one problem to another until it expires and they made it so compulsory that you can not deactivate/close down your account on the site. Livechat does not work and their support will keep passing you from one stage to another...
PLEASE AVOID CAMPAIGNER IF YOU DON'T WHAT A NIGHT MERE. They are SCAMMERS... Don't be deceived by those fake ratings by their team... I bet you will never send a single email from that site and when you try they will redirect you to a DEDICATED IP. There you start another one month of frustration with your payments being deducted at the end of the month. PLEASE RUN.... I have to deactivate my credit card to avoid their charges.
From their support teams like Don-King, to Paolo, and the rest of them always hiding their caller ID when calling you.

They are scammers, I should have never even talked to them because they steal your money and never contact you. I had a 30-day trial and never used it then saw a charge on my card. You would assume they would check in when there is no activity on the account. I called customer service and the representative talked to me like I was stupid and said that I signed up. The billing starts immediately even though I told them originally I don't think I'm going to use it anymore when they called me once. They attempted to charge me on December 12th but the transaction was declined and they never contacted me tried again later in the month without any notice whatsoever. Never use them if you are trying things out because they will automatically charge you and never send you any information, I luckily was checking my card statements and noticed the charge. They submitted a refund approval request and I will be getting a call back from a manager... We will see how that goes. Based on most of these reviews others have dealt with the same issue, it is even impossible to cancel the account.
