I do not recommend this company at all. I'm pretty sure they scammed me.

I ordered in November and after multiple inquiries I was told that it was shipped and would arrive in ten business days. it was shipped via courier. I was told I should received for Christmas as it shipped the first week of December.

It is now January 11th, over six weeks since I placed this order. I ordered this to my address in Newfoundland and it did not leave Dieppe. It updated several days ago to say it's being returned to sender. they did not attempt delivery and there was no error in the address on my end.

I tried customer service and they simply do not provide customer service. I requested that they ship my order out again, as I did not receive it. they refused, saying they have to receive the order first. asked for a refund and they have to receive it first.

so I ordered items for my kid for Christmas, had him disappointed and assured him it was still coming. now I'm told I have to wait weeks again for it to be returned to the company before they will reship. the company did NOTHING to help me.

I do not recommend taking a chance with this store for online orders. this is the worst service I've encountered so far for online ordering. The customer service representative wouldn't even provide a telephone number to speak to someone else. very, very poor service and I'm starting to wonder if the online store is a scam.

I recently purchased a knife from camouflouge.ca, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. When the knife arrived, it was evident that it had been previously used and returned by another customer. The sealed plastic packaging was already open, and the blade had a noticeable scratch on it. Moreover, there was dirt and gunk in the pivot pin, indicating poor quality control.

To make matters worse, the design of the knife itself is defective. Part of the blade chips permanently because a metal pin inside the handle hits the blade when it is closed. This flaw not only compromises the functionality of the knife but also raises serious safety concerns.

Furthermore, the folding knife's action is extremely stiff, making it hard to open and close manually. Other users have reported similar issues with the knife, including difficulty flicking it open without loosening the pivot to the point of blade wobble, and the liner lock requiring two hands to disengage, making it clumsy and awkward to operate.

What's even more disappointing is the response from camouflouge.ca when I raised these issues. They requested proof with a video, essentially gaslighting me and implying that my concerns were not valid without visual evidence. This lack of customer support and accountability is unacceptable.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise against purchasing from camouflouge.ca. Their sale of used and defective products, coupled with poor customer service, makes them an unreliable and untrustworthy retailer. I urge others to take their business elsewhere to avoid similar disappointing experiences.
