I recently purchased the Canon R7 camera with the kit lens and an additional battery from Camix, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The items arrived safely packaged, exactly as described — genuine, brand new, and in perfect condition. Delivery was smooth and timely, and everything worked flawlessly right out of the box. Highly recommend Camix for anyone looking for reliable camera gear and professional service. Will definitely shop with them again!

excellent service and price

excellent service, great communication through buying process with regards delivery. Great price for for the R8 I bought and it was fully as described and works a dream. I would 100% recommend.

Incredible deal and perfect service

I made a massive saving on the camera I wanted via Camix. It was such a good deal I was suspicious but it was very highly rated on trustpilot.

Communication, packaging, pricing was all amazing. No regrets at all.

Faulty grey import stock

Bought an expensive lens through their Amazon store. Grey stock & faulty. Seller ignored communication & requests from Amazon support.

Fix will cost almost the purchase price. Avoid.

Very good price, delivered on time

Very good price, and delivered within the time quoted. It would be nice to have more communication about delivery - Royal Mail tracking showed they were waiting for the parcel for about 5 days from order, which was starting to make me wonder if it had gone astray. But as I say it was delivered within the time quoted
