Camera Centre Arvostelua 

I ordered an Avata Pro-Vew Combo drone online from Camera Center on March 22. After I received a phone call, I picked it up the next day from the store. I am very satisfied with this company. I recommend it with confidence.

I am sorry I didnt read reviews before Christmas - so many better shops in Dublin Conns and Bermingham. Avoid Camera Centre for hardware i.e. new cameras - really poor quality and after sales poor at best.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered an item & 7 days later & after multiple emails I'm still none the wiser if I'm ever going to receive it. They are clearly selling items that they don't have in stock. And the customer care is non existent

As with other reviews, issue is them selling online items that they don't have in stock. I ordered a Lowepro camera bag in March which was eventually delivered in July. They don't reply to emails. When I phoned after two months I was told that item wasn't in stock and supplier would only sent to Ireland when enough orders on hand! Undertook to make enquiries and call me back but didn't. Avoid, not worth the hassle.

Great after sales service, lovely girl I think called Michelle helped me over the phone so greatful ❤❤

Another user being sold products they do not have, ordered Rode NT-USB 25/02/2023 and emailed 2 weeks later due to no communication on orders being fulfilled.

Response to me wondering why the product hasn't arrived is that they haven't got it in stock yet and are expecting a delivery from the brand themselves and I can expect them to have their order in stock 10 days from their response.

I'm caught between a refund and a further two week wait.

Edit: They won't email you to tell you you've bought a product that isn't in stock, they email back after 2 hours when you ask what's happening with the order and when you request a refund due to lack of... Lack of everything, they don't reply.

I guess I'm waiting the two more weeks until my product arrives.

Buyer beware. This company sells cameras they do not have in stock. I was offered a different camera that was 100 euro cheaper along with a memory card worth 70 euro and a bag worth 45 euro, which I accepted as it seemed like a good deal. But they sent a old card that is not listed on their website but retails at 15-25 euro, and the bag is actually 40 euro. And the model I wanted is still showing as available on their website. Returned the lot for a refund.

Short:
I do not recommend this shop due to the extremely lack of communication, non existent customer service and misleading website. Instead I recommend Bermingham Cameras.

Long:
This shop and their communication is a shame to the Irish businesses and to the camera business market. I do not recommend going into this shop or buying anything from them. Even after spending thousands of EURs there already they don't give a crap regarding communication.

Bought an almost 1K EUR lens from their website as I did previously and went into the shop to pick it up in store when they told me they don't have it in stock and they ordered it for me. WHAT?!!? They told me it will arrive next week, which I thought would be OK I can wait a week. Next week nothing has happened, I started sending emails to them and tried to reach them asking what is going on. I had to send couple of emails when they finally answered that they will expecting the lens next week. This was already 2 weeks passed and still nothing. I really needed the lens for different events and they have not at all told me or it was not on their website that it is taking weeks or months to get the lens.

Their website is extremely confusing and they are selling stuffs that they don't have at all, without any information or communication about what is going on.

After a month of trying to get information from them in a final email I asked them to cancel the order as they have not answered to any of my emails or anything so I got the lens from an other shop as I really needed it and I cannot wait for this incompetent shop for months to give me information. So after a month of nothing and the final email they finally answered and they claimed that they tried to contact me about that the lens is ready to pick up. This is a complete lie, I have checked on their website at the order details just before I sent the email that the status of the order is still ordered and awaiting delivery. I have also sent them huge amount of emails during the one month period and they only answered to my 3rd email, nothing after that. They also have my phone number on file so how these people tried to contact me I have no idea but they are full of BS there. So finally I got my money back after all these hassle and waiting for nothing.

So DO NOT BUY anything from this shop because looks like from the example and from other reviews you won't receive too much communication from them as they don't give a crap, their customer service does not exist.

Instead I recommend Bermingham Cameras, real pro guys, they are answering emails within minutes.

Hi I ordered a filter Friday evening near 4pm... And I received it this Monday morning before 9am... Unbelievable customer service, I ordered a polarized filter you didn't have the one I ordered so you sent me a more expensive one and didn't charge anything extra... Honestly the best shopping I've done in a long time online... I know where I'll be buying my camera stuff from now on.... Thank you.

I ordered a lens for my Fujifilm camera on 29th May 21 which was shown as in stock (it wasn't). After several calls I was told that the Lens was delayed due to stock issues in Germany. All credit to Camera Centre who actually sent me the lens from a kit which was received on 10 Jun 21. Upon receipt of the delivery I sent an email asking for confirmation that the remaining items I was waiting for were on back order and that I would receive them in due course. 3 weeks later I went into Grafton Street and was told that my order was on the notice board and that they hadn't forgotten the part. I have called twice to get an update and was told the parts were expected. I sent a further email on 19 Jun 21 asking for an update but have still not had a response. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION and order still not fulfilled.

Very pleased with their service. Will recommend to anyone.
