I have not received my order
I want to find a reason to not give this company 1 star, but after trying to give the company the benefit of the doubt, i must sadly give this company 1 star. I placed an order on the 17th of November 2025, which i have not yet received. It is now the 1st of January 2026... I have written multiple mails to company but no response. This is my honest experience.
Response: I don't know if i am allowed to share this, but i have an order number: 5332/171125/80
I have sent multiple e-mails to:
sales cambridgechocolates.co.uk (e-mails are not allowed i reviews, so I have removed "@")
From my e-mail: jensgustavengell gmail.com (e-mails are not allowed i reviews, so I have removed "@")
So I don't know who is in the wrong, but all I can say is, that I have placed an order on your website, and I have written multiple e-mails to you.
