Call It Spring Arvostelua 

This review is base my experience with recent purchase in Nanaimo store. Store gave me wrong pair of shoes, I bought 6 items including 4 pairs of shoes. I went back to store in less than 2 hours and let them know that when I asked for right shoes size they brought the wrong shoe. I have two identical pairs of shoes now. Store manager didn’t help for exchange as stated the system won’t let her to exchange the shoes as it is final sail. I mentioned store made mistake and have two exactly the same pair of shoes. I expect “call it spring” get responsibility for the mistake. She repeated that she can not help! I asked for her direct manager and she said her manager is on vacation and I asked her who I can talk to.
She gave a card with her name and phone number to call her back next day. She said she is going to talk to her manager. For two hours I tried the number which is store number and no one answer the phone and can not leave a message. I wish store manager took responsibility for their mistake.

I felt compelled to write a review as I can't understand why there are so many negatives regarding Call It Spring. I have never had a problem with this company in any way. I prefer to shop online and received another pair of boots today delivered on time by FedEx as usual. The boot is stylish, high quality, very comfortable, and great for walking on rainy days. I particularly like that they are made from recycled materials. I can also relate to how salespeople or customer service can contribute to a negative experience but available selection has suffered with many companies particularly during and after the pandemic. We must also remember that we see things as we are not as others do and use emotional intelligence, particularly negotiation skills, when dealing with people. In other words, aggression, anger, and rudeness won't get us what we want.

Awful costumer service;
I regret having to share this experience with the Call It Spring brand. Despite their return policy claims, our recent attempt to return an unworn pair of shoes was met with refusal and rudeness, especially from the manager at the Fairview Mall store. My daughter only tried the shoes on a carpet a couple of times at home before deciding they weren't comfortable. It's disheartening when a brand's service doesn't match its promises.

I bought call it spring man shoes from their store in sharjah it was very bad quality I used it for few times now broke I will never buy anything from them very bad.

I have purchased a gents belt 1 month back during the sale considering it as good brand but quality of belt is so worse that it broke into 2 pieces after few use. Very disappointing. If someone still willing to contact me, plz call me at 0509081149.

Have bought black handbag and cant believe to see the quality , seriously ALDO on its site with different name , how can they provide such a cheap quality product , how dispappointed

Ordered men's sneakers. Quality is sub par... actually below many chinese shoes. No comfort and Not at all value for money. Do not fall for the "by ALDO" thing.

Do not ever order from this company ! Every time they either do not ship your order and you need to file a claim, or the delays are ridiculously long. Also the costumer service is trash.

This time, Fedex delivered my order at the wrong address. I have full proof with the picture that it was NOT delivered at my door. But Call it Spring says I am lying and Fedex did deliver it to me. Since I was very persistant, they said they would refund me, but I have to make a phone appointment to refund me manually (what the f ? just send me my money or my shoes!). And obviously, they have no appointments available for another 2 weeks. Scam! (I am writing this review December 27th and the shoes were ordered on Black Friday, it's ridiculous). I will never order again from them. I gave them too many chances because I like their shoes, but the service is terrible.

Order placed at the store last Sunday and was supposed to receive my order on Wednesday as promised. No order received until now and says that they did not say about receiving the order by Wednesday and says that they are not responsible but Fedex is. Still having hopes that I will receive my order. Very unprofessional bunch of people. Please do not order unless you buy in store.

Inappropriate response stupid lady in-store no sense how to talk customer stupid lady should not be seller

It happened twice in the past that I ordered there and they did not send my order .
Didn’t order for a few years then tried one last time. Again they didnt send an item. Waited 20 minutes to speak to a lady who told me I might or might not receive it.

Totally untrustworthy company. I have to call back (and wait another 20 minutes) in 48h to see if there’s a chance I’ll receive my order.

It definitely my last time ordering there

Edit : they ended up canceling my order but I got no refund- I asked to talk to a manager they never call me back.
I spent like 2 hours on the phone, such a waste of time.
This company is TOTAL FRAUD
At least they stole me just 40$

Bought winter shoes on clearance. The shoes were not very comfortable. Did not get the receipt in my email. Return policy was absolutely absurd. Won't recommend to anyone in my circle

The boot fell apart in under a month and they wouldn’t give me a refund because it looked like “abusive wear and tear”. A boot sole should not fall off from walking in it a hand full of times.

The most horrible experience🤯 I wish I would have checked the review before purchasing the worst quality shoes ever.

REALLY horrible quality products. Picked up brand new shoes today that are nearly falling apart. They aren't fully glued together, the straps are disintegrating, and there are gaping holes where the straps meet the sole. Completely unethical how they don't allow reviews on their website, I NEVER would've purchased these and I would've warned others, too. I reached out to them to let them know how awful the product was and how angry I was that I could not leave a review for others.

UPDATE SEPT 2023: After I complained to Call It Spring, they offered to refund me. Once I accepted, they ignored all my attempts to contact them!! Paypal gave me a full refund once I disputed the charge. I would NEVER suggest anyone purchase from this retailer, but at least use buyer protection so you can get a refund when they refuse to cooperate.

I ordered some shoes in person 26 days ago and I still haven't received them. I went to go pick them up and I got them really used so I got them shipped again. They gave me a new order number, but I never got the email to check the status of my shoes. I still don't have it, so I have to go check in-store every now and then. I still haven't received my shoes after the second shipment. I've been told they're in transit the whole time.

I bought a pair of shoes as a part of my uniform , black chunky penny loafers, and they lasted for the whole year which I guess makes them pretty good. Obviously because the leather is fake/vegan and probably cheap a little started to peel but hey,could've been worse! I will say that the insole was kind of flimsy but in terms of general comfort and sizing it fit well!

Worst Quality: 1st day I wore my loafers (Bennito 220043) the shoe skin started pealing off and after walking few steps shoe skin boils came up. Absolutely worst quality.

Very uncomfortable. I put 3 bandages still hurt my foot. That’s why they ll offer something for $6 to avoid a wound on your foot.

I ordered 13 pairs of sandals on the Spring website but only received 11. Then, one pair looks like it got chewed up on the ankle straps. Another pair are two left feet. One looks like the ankle strap is peeling. I’m honestly super disappointed with Spring Shoes and considering never buying from them again. To top it off, their website is buggy as my items kept disappearing from my cart.
