Imran and Jeff came and fitted a new smart meter. Turned up on time and the job was done professionally, with Imran explaining how long each stage would take.

Both Imran and Jeff explained the meter afterwards (how it works etc) and were very friendly, polite and clear.

Calisen fitted a smart dual meter for gas and electric. They were sent to replace existing meters by Scottish Power. We had previous experience with a number of engineers being sent and not carrying out the works with different reasons given from each engineer. With Calisen two engineers attended the installation, Connor and Steve (a senior auditor). They were both great, professional, diligent, patient, and most importantly skilled engineers! Good communication throughout the visit and left with very happy customer. Thankyou!

Reliable polite professional engineer Vinay did a really excellent job of upgrading my gas pipe and fitting a smart meter. Something two engineers who came and looked said they were unable to do. So thank you Vinay I am now warm have got water and do not have to read my meter at all.

Li came out to supply an urgent Isolation Switch to my electric meter. He came all the way from Northampton to Nottingham in very quick time. I only called my electricity supplier at 9am and Li was with me before 12:30pm. He explained what he was doing and ensured I was happy with his service before leaving. I can 100% recommend his services. He is friendly and very knowledge about the work he does.

Jeff, Is an asset to Calisen. I was due to have my meter changed to the traditional old style meters. Jeff really took his time with me explaining how it all worked and how I could use smart meters moving forwards to manage my energy consumption in my house and stay on top of my bills. Very helpful and genuine guy.

Jeff the engineer arrived on time, very punctual. From the outset he explained from start to finish what he would be doing. We were having gas and electric smart meters fitted and he communicated very well when he was starting and finishing each one. Jeff also gave a detailed description of energy saving tips and demonstrated with appliances. Very pleased with the installation process which took less time than expected. Thanks Jeff.

Li was contacted to come and check out our heater as we had just moved in a new house. He came on time, he was very polite and kind to me. He made sure that the problem was solved completely, although the heating system was modern, he tried his possible best to figure out how to regulate it by reading the full manual of the boiler. He provided an excellent service and I want to take this opportunity to also thank him for all he did. He made our new home warm.

We had difficulties with our smart meter installation from day one. It was not talking with the gas meter. Also the table top meter reader was not communicating with the main smart meter. After an escalation through Utility Warehouse, we were approached by Calisen to solve this problem. It was a solved efficiently, patiently and with good humour by a fabulous technician who arrived on time, had great rapport with his clients, expert knowledge and great integrity to get a conundrum fault fixed.
