Do NOT buy from this company, they do not fulfil their returns policy. I’m taking the matter up with trading standards. As per the below review, they refuse to send the form so you can get your money back. I think this company is probably run by a teenager drop shipping.

I received my item however I have tried to email twice to get a return slip for a refund. I have also messaged through Instagram. And I still have not received a reply a week later , not impressed

The top that I ordered was great quality and very reasonable priced plus a great fit

I was also offered the discount even tho I’d already purchased my top and missed the deal on a second top !!

I ordered 2 polo tshirt, but only one that was arrived. The grey ones wasn’t shipped out properly

Made an order but got 2/3 items, the items came a week after the delivery date they were meant to come by, the other item still hasn’t arrived and they’ve put the order down as completed, trying to reach out to them but no response

Partner loved his tops! Slightly longer for delivery than stated, but worth the wait. Excellent products!

Order was received perfectly and was delivered very swiftly, very pleased with the quality of the hats I ordered too. Would definitely recommend to others.

First time I ordered from here one of the caps were faulty but I liked the design so I kept it and fixed myself, I sent messages on Instagram and got responses back quickly. I was offered a free cap but that never arrived.

2nd time I ordered another cap no issues.

3rd time I’ve ordered it’s been 8 days and no items have arrived and looking at the tracking details it says the items haven’t even been dispatched yet.
I’ve sent 3 messages over the course of 3 days and had zero response to any of my messages.

I see many people posting on their Instagram posts that they don’t get replies,!!!

***UPDATE 21/12/23***

(29/11/24) Items eventually arrived BUT the caps weren’t delivered in a box they were scrunched up and put into a bag and then another bag tightly taped up, so now I have x2 damaged caps.
I contacted Cali Clothing who seemed genuinely shocked at the way they were delivered and was told they would sort it out.

03/12/23 + 07/12/23 I requested
updates on what was happening but shock horror no responses back.

08/12/23 I again message telling them as I’m stuck with defected caps I will be raising a chargeback with my bank, immediately I received a response claiming they are very sorry and replacements are on their way!!!

21/12/23 STILL no replacements received and no response to yet another message sent on 18/12/23.

Tried to message to get a swap or refund and have been ignored

Was a while waiting for my two shirts but I think that was the part on the courier but I finally received them today and they are great quality shirts would definitely buy other shirts from this lot, thank you for solving the problem

Delivery did take a while, but once I emailed a complaint it got posted through Royal Mail 24hr and I got it the next day. Well worth the wait, fits perfectly, super comfy and love the design.

Great experience with them, highly recommend them and will be returning back for future orders.

Nice polo's at a good price. Charlie responded quickly to a minor issue I had and provided a good-will gesture for the inconvenience, would recommend.

Products were delivered on time and even better than expected. Best polos I’ve ever worn and are still identical after a few washes. Highly recommend.

This company doesn't accept returns!!! Ordered a top and was happy at first. Decent site decent clothes and turned up fairly rapid. Unfortunately it was a little too small and I intended to return and buy the next size up. When emailing them to start the return, I found out their email server isn't accepting any incoming emails. They also don't reply to the number they have to text. They don't have Instagram like they claim and they don't reply on the website messaging service.
Once ordered I even had a conformation email. To which I replied to and got a reply within the hour. Now I've messaged them on that same email which they've already replied to, and they're now blanking me!!!
Now I've had to contact my banks fraud team to try and reclaim my money back!
AVOID THIS SITE!!!
