Cala Homes Arvostelua

Meg showed us around the lovely show homes and provided us with really good information and was able to answer all our questions.

Our son bought a Cala home at Aurs Meadows and when we visited the show home we absolutely fell in love with it. We hadn’t thought of moving however the sales team of Jenny & Lizi talked us through the development and we decided it would suit us. We spent a lot of time with both Jenny & Lizi and their professionalism is outstanding. Unfortunately we won’t be proceeding due to changes in the Cala specification however I cannot recommend Jenny and Lizi enough and if you are looking to buy a Cala home at Barrhead you will be in exceptionally good hands.

The wonderful team especially Philippa. She is kind and patient. When I have any problems she explained clearly and help me to solve it. You should pay her more! She is an outstanding guy in your company.it is worth to provide her more salary.

Visited the Lathallan Grange site. Meg was really helpful and cheerful. She gave us all the information we needed and suggested which house type might best suit our needs

Brilliant experience with CALA Homes – David & Ian

My partner and I have just bought our first home with CALA Homes and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience we’ve had.

David, the Sales Advisor, and Ian, the Builder, have both been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. As first-time buyers, there was obviously a lot we didn’t know, but they were always there to answer our questions, explain things and make the whole process feel really easy and straightforward.

What has stood out the most is that their support hasn’t stopped since we’ve moved in. They’ve both continued to check in with us to make sure we’re settling in okay and that we’re happy with everything, which has genuinely meant a lot to us.

Any snags we’ve had have been dealt with incredibly quickly, and both David & Ian in particular have always made sure things are sorted rather than leaving us waiting around.

It’s clear that both David and Ian really care about the people buying the homes and take pride in what they do. They’ve made buying our first home such a positive experience and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better people to deal with throughout the process.

A massive thank you to both of them — they’re a real credit to CALA Homes! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Paul was friendly and helpful and completed all work that he could

Great service. Quality houses. Cant wait to move into my own home😊

Andy couldn’t have done more or been nicer, even my dog thought so!

He is professional and detail in his work.
Very Neat in the job Execution.

Heather and Chad at the Ufford Chase development listened to my needs and managed to get it all agreed over the weekend. Exceptional service from these two. Could not be happier with their efforts. Really pleased to have purchased a CALA homes property and shall look forward to getting to the exchange date.

We had a really positive experience with James at Cala homes Staggs Farm. From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, patient, approachable and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process.

Buying a home is a big decision and can easily become stressful, the team always made us feel comfortable, listened to our questions and never made us feel pressured.

Although circumstances meant we ultimately decided to buy elsewhere, we wanted to leave a review because of how well we were treated. Anyone considering buying at Staggs Farm can feel reassured that they will be looked after by people who genuinely care about their customers and will do their best to support them throughout the journey.

A huge thank you to both James and Kala for all their time, patience and kindness. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them

We recently had works done by Cala . Conner could not have been more helpful and hard working

Customer service was excellent. The location is in a lovely area.

Chris Denny & Martin Hales have been EXCELLENT with the snagging, quality of work, availability, communication & care! Trusted! Molly has been amazing in arranging & supporting.

Brilliant company with brilliant services. They give you first class and posh services, housing and then a thoughtful welcome pack when entering your new bought home.

The whole process from start to finish has been seamless, well planned and pleasing. Top-notch patience, practical guides and advice from the staff.

Thank you for giving me my first home!

As ever, impeccable attitude, workmanship and attention to detail from Chris and Martin. We can always trust them to fix whatever we need.

We had a positive experience at Ascot Gardens . Veneda & Oli were friendly & very professional . We really appreciated their honesty . Communication with Veneda was excellent . Both were very quick to respond to any questions . They both are a credit & asset to Cala homes .

Lee has come to my property a handful of times to carry out work.
Is always very respectful of my working from home nature and communicates well of anything that is going to be happening.
Respectful and very attentive

Thank you Lee.

I would highly recommend George and Alan. They carried out remedial painting and decorating work at my property following water damage caused by the incorrect installation of the windows.

Both were friendly, professional and diligent throughout the job, and took great care and pride in their work. The quality of the finished work was excellent, and they left everything clean and tidy.

Really pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in using George and Alan again or recommending them to others.
