Escape to the tropics with our Mango Strawberry Coconut Cheesecake, a beautifully crafted dessert bursting with fruity flavour. This creamy mango cheesecake sits on a buttery biscuit base and is topped with a vibrant layer of sweet mango pulp for an extra touch of tropical indulgence. Finished with smooth swirls of mango cream, the cheesecake is decorated with fresh, juicy strawberries and luxurious Raffaello chocolates, adding a delicious coconut twist. A generous sprinkling of desiccated coconut completes this stunning creation, delivering the perfect balance of creamy cheesecake, tropical mango, fresh berries, and delicate coconut flavour in every bite.
