I did business with the owner Miguel were we both managed a coffee brand I founded , alpacacoffeeroasters.
After a few months he started ignoring my messages and ignoring me, so I cancelled and refunded a few orders because I did not know if we were still producing (he was in charge of producing and shipping) after I refunded the orders he just sent me an email threatening with legal action (while still not responding my messages or call on WhatsApp) and then things escalated from there.
He took control of our Instagram and our webpage and later claimed it was his employees and that he was sick (while the MFA used for instagram was his number so lies).
After this he continued to threaten me with baseless accusations and lies about what happened , I have all the proofs and contract about all this, he even replied to this review with more lies claiming I did a lot of stuff that I didn't.
I will never understand how he reacted the way he did and why he decided to ignore me all of a sudden while this could have been resolved in such an easy way.
Stay away from Miguel and his business.

Mr. Alvaro Olaechea’s involvement with our business included unauthorized financial actions, such as issuing refunds without approval and before customers even received their orders—actions that directly harmed the company and violated both our internal protocols and the law.
In addition to these breaches, Mr. Olaechea took our official Instagram account hostage for an extended period, locking out the company and disrupting communications with our customers. After we recovered the account through Meta’s support channels, he regained unauthorized access and resumed posting defamatory content about the business and its management. These actions are not only unethical but also illegal, constituting unauthorized access and defamation under European law. All incidents have been fully documented and are being pursued through the appropriate legal channels.
