Très heureux du service reçu par l’équipe CadoFrance. J’avais commandé un cadeau pour ma mère mais j’étais un peu en retard sur la commande et la livraison aller être le 30 Décembre. Ma mère qui a 82 ans reçois toujours un cadeau de moi pour Noel, et je me suis dis qu’elle se ferait des soucis à mon égards si elle ne recevait pas un colis de ma part. J’habite en Australie. Un e-mail à CadoFrance pour demander la possibilité d’envoyer le colis le 24, réponse rapide, sans promesse et ma mère a reçu son cadeau le 24. Grand merci, elle était très heureuse.
C’est dommage que vous ayez enlevé le panier avec le saumon fumé car elle adorait ce cadeau mais elle a apprécié celui qu’elle a reçu.

Le colis est arrivé avec 1 jour de retard. Les articles n'étaient pas emballés avec des packs de glace. Le fromage n'était pas froid et n'est peut-être pas sûr à manger. C'est très désapprobateur, surtout parce que les frais de port étaient très chers et que c'était un cadeau. 👎

Nous constatons que le colis a été livré dans les délais (transit 2 jours) et nos excuses, mais en hiver les packs de glace ne sont pas vraiment utilisés compte tenu des températures froides. Tous les produits sont bien emballés! Merci de votre compréhension!

The most carefully packed present I have ever received, the Belgisn chocolates are absolutely delicious, like eating a cup of your favourite capuccino coffee, difficult to stop once begun!
Not tasted the wine yet, Cote du Rhone red is my favourite, but feel sure the pedigree of the Bordeaux red from a vineyard dating back to 1883 will be equally satisfying, All round an excellent gift.

Easy to do
I found the website easy to use, finding the product and ordering was hassle free. I received regular updates on what was happening with the delivery. The delivery did slip a little and the package was delivered 2 days later than expected but still in time for Christmas.
