Pleased with the products; delivery service needs improvement
The products are very nice and beautifully presented. I only have a problem with the way the deliveries are handled. A phone call to the recipient would save time and be more efficient. The delivery was delayed and had to be rescheduled which was disappointing to me, the sender.

Le cadeau d'anniversaire pour ma mère de 92 ans à Montpellier n'a pas été livré comme demandé, même si j'ai payé un supplément pour la livraison le samedi. Au lieu de cela, il n'a été livré que le lundi.
C'est inacceptable. Je cesserai d'utiliser les services de CadoFrance (après 10 ans) à partir de maintenant et informerai mes amis et partenaires de votre manque de fiabilité.

Delivered Late :(
Ordered on April 23rd for specific delivery date of May 6th, my friend's birthday. My parcel was only shipped out on May 5th, and did not make it on time. Expected delivery is not until May 9th. Why even have the option for a specific delivery date if they can't adhere to it? I ordered well in advance.
EDIT: Customer service is very responsive, kind, and proactive. I had a very pleasant experience communicating with them via email. While we weren't able to complete the delivery, they offered alternatives and relieved my stress about the situation. Thank you guys for your wonderful customer service team!

Extrêmement minable même, alors que la poste arrive à envoyer du courrier à cette même adresse.

Nous tenons à préciser que notre service client vous a envoyé un mail le 12/4 concernant l'adresse de livraison, ainsi qu'un rappel le 14/4. Puisque le 25/4 nous étions toujours sans réponse de votre part, la commande a été annulée et vous avez été remboursé du montant total de la commande.
