Shipping is everything
Shipping is everything, no complaints. I purchased seeds, and unlike other sellers, I was charged accordingly. In terms of product, I purchased seeds for Peyote and San Pedro and having never grown cacti from seed, I have a few of each species growing. I would definitely recommend Cactus Kingdom

Shipping and communication was great
Shipping and communication was great. Will highly recommend packaging seeds in glassine envelopes if possible, and not plastic because the static makes it really challenging to get the really tiny seeds out of the packet.

Exellent experience.
Experience is great because Cactus Kingdom is one of very few places where so precious species can be found that if to choose between some cacti and ring with diamond I would choose of course these cacti.Delivery is good, fast and safe. Cactus rotted, refund offered then retracted
Cactus rotted upon transplant even though I followed their instructions online. Left a review here to which they replied I should reach out because “We would still like to try and assist you,” I did so and then they backtracked and said it’s been too long since I ordered for a refund (what?) and that all they could do is 50% off my next order. Won’t be ordering again.

We offer a safe plant delivery guarantee on all our plant shipments if we are contacted within a reasonable amount of time.
If this was a shipping issue, how come you didn't reach out sooner ?

Edit: We want to clarify our plant guarantee and how it applies in this situation.
Our guarantee covers issues related to shipping, and we always stand behind our shipments when a problem occurs in transit. In this case, however, the concern was raised several weeks after delivery and relates to the plant’s condition well beyond the shipping period.
When you first contacted us, we responded promptly, offered guidance, and encouraged you to follow up so we could explore possible options. Unfortunately, the next update came several weeks later, at which point the timeframe to submit a claim with the shipping insurance provider had already expired. These claim timelines are set by the insurance companies and are outside of our control.
Although this matter was not related to shipping and was reported well after the applicable window, we still offered, as a courtesy, to cover 50% of the cost. This was an exception made in good faith for an issue that occurred long after delivery.
When rare problems arise, customers typically contact us within the same week, which allows us to assist effectively. In this case, the report was made more than a month after delivery, and we are not able to assume responsibility for plant care or condition at that point.
We appreciate your understanding and ask that expectations remain reasonable in situations like this.

Cactus kingdom was awesome. I wanted to buy a specific setup for a friends 50th and they helped me throughout the whole process. Customer service was excellent and my friend was super happy.

Got exactly what I wanted, tracking was perfect. I ordered some wild collected Peruvian Torch seeds. Label on the seeds just said T.P (trichocerus Peruvianus). Would 5 if that little detail gets sorted out. Just to make sure I got exactly what I ordered. Cutting arrived pretty wilted, to be expected to ensure a good scab so it doesn't rot when placed on dry soil. I'll order again for sure!

So in this case "Peruvian Torch Cactus Seeds" will appear as "Peruvian Torch" on the seed label while the PT nursery seeds will appear as "Peruvian Torch Nursery". Pour ce qui est des semences elles sont de bonnes qualités. Le point négatif est que la préparation de la commande prend beaucoup de temps. Lorsque l'ont paie un supplément pour une livraison rapide et que la préparation prend un peu plus d'une semaine c'est un peu fâchant d'avoir payé. Pour le reste tout est parfait.
