Wow....have been told three times over the past month that my refund will be in my account tomorrow. No goods received, no refund. I will be taking it further if its not ACTUALLY refunded tomorrow. If its not a scam its the worst company that ive ever dealt with.

This is a scam website. They blocked my number. Cannot reach them via phone and no email response. I didnot receive the product I purchased and didnot receive any refund after 2 and half months. don’t buy from them.

The fact i had to lodge a bank dispute for a refund after they failed to deliver my order for over two months!!

An absolute scam website. DO NOT BUY FROM CABLE PRO.

They did not ship the materials I paid for. Refused to answer emails, failed to process a refund.

I had to escalate to my credit card company to recover my $$.

Scammer. Don’t buy from here. They never ship your order nor pick up the calls.

Placed order on 8th August. Never shipped. Rang and emailed multiple times won't answer or return calls or emails for a refund.
Total scam.

These guys over promise and under deliver. Still waiting for delivery of goods ordered about 9 weeks ago. Don't go near this mob!

It is difficult to imagine how a company could be any more incompetent. On 24 July I ordered 20 m of electrical cable After one week I phoned, email and used CablePro Chat line as there was no indication of anything being sent. To no avail. Either no one ever answered or when they did they said they would call or email back. They never did. I contacted the couriers as they had a request on 4 Aug from CablePro to pick up. They went on 6th Aug and there was nothing to pick up. Since that time I have again phones, emailed and tried their Chatline. Finally one person did answer the phone and said a refund would be made. That was nearly two weeks ago plus an email directly to their 'accounts' email. Nothing. To have a sequence of incompetence this long takes a Gold medal effort. It is now 18 Aug (approaching a month after paying for the order) I have yet to receive a refund and now will be asking the credit card company (with the evidence portfolio) to have the funds returned to me.

Ordered 15m cable , order confirmed , paid by Visa and from that point I haven't heard anything back. No tracking no shipping confirmation. Emails were not answered , no message was replied and no phone calls despite the fact that I left countless attempts. Only after I involved consumer protection I got a refund with a reminder call that it doesn't take weeks to do a bank transfer.
All in all that wasn't a purchase attempt that was a rip off attempt from the seller that went wrong.

After ordering and being promised shipment in a week we were left with no communication and as the 4th week rolled in we cancelled the order and sourced elsewhere. 2 months on we are still yet to receive a refund for this order. We are a small business that relies on open communication on stock. If we dont receive the refund in the next 24 hours I will be leaving a google review on my experience.

Great product great service

I ordered 2 smoke detectors on May 31st 2025. No confirmation notice or receipt. Waited a few weeks and rand and left messages. never got to talk to anyone at any time of day or night. Emailed using my order number and never received a reply. Never use these people. You will never see your prder or your money again.

Worst Service. Ordered Security Alarm on 11th July, not arrived even after 2 weeks. Need to Beg for Refund, Dont answer phones. Only Live Chat.
They create Fake Courier Tracking, which they never pickup the item. I need to ask for refund everyday. Finally after 3 weeks I got money back. He'll of experience.

Delivery. Ordered 15/7/25 paid for premium delivery. Delivered 21/7/25

Great reliable fast service - products were high quality and as shown on website. Staff were friendly when i called for help.

Poor communication, promises to send package out but didn’t do so originally - had to ring and threaten to come into the branch from interstate.

Can’t answer phone, tried MULTIPLE times on multiple days.
No order update for weeks, didn’t send anything out until I made a big deal and complained over chat.
Emailed and didn’t get a reply.

Wouldn’t order again. Waste of money and time, try someplace else - look at google reviews - clearly a company with multiple issues, maybe going broke? Who knows.

Just a follow up from previous review, I managed to cancel my order over the phone and was promised a full refund. That hasn't happened and is now in the hands of my bank.
