Right I order a so called Aircon unit, for £86 pounds had no email confirmation, so tried to cancel it, no it's gone out! I was so angry I looked at reviews on here! OMG 😲 SHOCKING, SO I got on to my bank said I've been scammed, told them to look at the company reviews etc, the item came what the bloody he'll a tiny fan all cost worth of a fiver, I emailed and emailed, they told me to keep it and get 20% off, I thought this is all I'm getting i got on to my bank for up date, they said still dealing with it, Great news I had a full payment from the company, because of the bank, well done Santander 👏, 👏 now the company have ask me to return it, Joke sorry you caused me so much stress!!! I'm in a Wheelchair, the poor people on here you've ripped off! Your a disgrace of a company!!!! Please all go through your bank for assistance in getting your money back plus Santander gave me a £30 good will jester! Ty, do not give up or you can message me for help!!! STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I have been on hold on a return for 2 weeks since they made contact but it took nearly 2 weeks to respond to the request. Still do not know when they will get the process underway. Would not do business with them again.

I ordered a Aquoxis power wash gun which I promptly returned. It was nothing more than a glorified spray gun that could be purchased from any hardware store. Their was no exceptional power in the gun and when I returned the product "following the instructions to a T", the office refused the return. All this after multiple emails. This product is a scam and all I can say is buyer beware.

Like so many I have fallen for a scam. I purchased two Polar Breeze units at a total cost of £136. They were delivered a short while ago. The advert depicted a coil inside the fan gathering frost as it operated. It implied you would get refrigerated air. That’s a lie in every sense of the word. What you get is a basic and fairly expensive small cylinder fan

Does not cool at all. It's simply a fan that blows warm air.

My own fault I should have read the reviews - they say it all - I wouldn't even give them one star rating!

Bought two Qinux BreezaMax units for €69 each, plus warranty, and shipping cover. Didn’t buy immediately then they emailed another discount bringing price down for all, so took the bait. Tried to cancel immediately after ordering when I saw that it was shipping from China and would take 2 weeks after waiting 72 hours for it to be "processed". Not allowed to cancel within minutes. Waited for product to arrive, did not even open as BOTH units together were the size of a shoebox! Knew instantly I'd been scammed. Started emailing twice a day and have filled out a return request daily and ZERO communication from the company. That's €138 I'll never see again and have no way of collecting it--though the contact number is a US number, the company address is China.

SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY!

total joke, tried to stop order within 5 hours of ordering, waste of my time and money. The thing is nothing more than a small fan, thats all a small fan, a 15.00 fan.

This company is a complete scam what it does is sells products from Hong Kong gives you tracking numbers and codes that are all foreign none knowing to the US postal department then it says your package is been sent and you can track it and it draws a line to all these places till it gets just about to your city then it says there was a problem and they send the product back to Hong Kong so here you are just going back and forth with this tracker until so many days has gone by that you can't get a refund on the product and that's the scam the products that they sell are usually boughten from other companies like Temu which are usually products that don't sell well for them they will change the name on these products and then have an expert get up and talk the product all up even on television this is where I found this one reason Max product it was an add-on TV anyways turns out the product isn't nothing more than a mere fan that you can put in your window and put a bowl of ice in front of and that's pretty much how it cools but they have the expert talk it all the way up and say that it's due to the technology of the device that is why it cools and in the end it doesn't work if you even get it nine times out of 10 if the product is from another country you're not even going to get it all you're going to do is follow tracking numbers that don't even mean anything to the United States postal system therefore it's completely untrackable and it's just you know Chase your product which doesn't exist up and down a map that's hand drawn anyways long story short two companies that are 100% purely scams are this company CABLELINKER YOU DO NOT WANT TO BUY ANYTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING THAT THEY HAVE TO SELL FROM THEM AND THE OTHER COMPANY IS QINUX BREEZAMAX UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING TO BE SCAMMED I should have put two and two together when three of my cards were declined while trying to purchase their product anyhow lesson learned however I did research and fact check both of these companies and they are 100% fraudulent!

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and nothing has arrived, Tried to contact them and all I have a response to say i have right of withdrawal for distant purchase …what does that men?! ….within 14 days of receipt is way gone by. Doubt anything will turn up , having now read other customer experiences which I certainly regret not doing at the time.

This is false advertising from the beginning! It isn’t an a/c it’s a fan.
This did not that 24-72 hours to receive. This took three weeks.
I’ve open one and it blows the air around and buttons work but it’s ONLY a fan. After having to pay shipping to get here and then having to pay to return would be the cost for a full unit. I bought two. Not returning but I do have screenshots where the commercial shows it’s an A/C and shows the condenser coils icing up. I’ll never buy from an infomercial again.
Also, please let others know about this false advertising of this Breezamax!

Guess what - I could have known this, received a message, indeed 48 hours after ordering and paying, it will arrive between 10 - 15 days. The 24 hours, that is when it is loaded in China on its way to an airplane. So, don't believe, I fear what the ordered product will be, mostlikely chinese rubbish!!!

I purchased five bogus Qinux BreezaMax units which did not work - they were advertised as air conditioning units but only pushed air. I have submitted both on-line and direct email requests for refund WELL WITHIN the 14 day limit only to get form letter responses requesting the same information. My last request for the refund process (per their email) was 6/23/26 and no response.
This is a fraudulent product from a scam company.

Terrible company. Zero customer service. The unit did not fit my hose but I have spent 2+ weeks and multiple emails to get a return label with NO success. The standard reply is "they are too busy" I finally had to initiate a dispute with my CC company to get a credit. I think part of the problem is the manufacturer is in China. I would never, ever utilize this company again. It is a total sham. Do not waste your time or money. There are tons of other options out there.

Qinux PolarBreeze besteld zag tijdens afronden dat bedrijf in China retour adres heeft maar helaas bestelling was geplaatst gelijk gemaild dat de order geannuleerd moest worden zou teruggebeld worden maar door drukte kon dat even duren tuurlijk item is verstuurd weg 70 euro retour kosten bijna 65 euro dus bedrijf weet dat je dit toch niet terug stuurt weer een dure les

All of their product reviews must be fake since you cannot add your own. I ordered a Breezamax which is a total joke. And the return costs would likely be at least half the cost of the unit … if you even got credit for it. Live and learn.

Ik heb via de website van Vultriox een mes voor een bosmaaier/strimmer gekocht dat universeel zou zijn. Bij ontvangst bleek dit onjuist. Na het opzoeken en lezen van de Algemene Voorwaarden zou ik moeten retourneren naar Madrid. Bij vraag om instructies hoe dit goed te doen en zeker te zijn van creditering van het betaalde bedrag, kreeg ik te maken met Cablelinker als bedrijf en werd me verteld naar Hong Kong te retourneren. Omdat dit de locatie van verzending was. De kosten, voor rekening van de klant, zijn daarmee hoger en voor mij can tweederde van de waarde van gekochte product. En het is een afwijking van de Algemene Leveringsvoorwaarden. Ben nu al een maand aan het mailen, maar krijg geen akkoord op verzending Madrid en daarmee dus ook mijn geld niet terug.
