Backpack broken replaced easy and fast
My backpack was broken by the handles. It was bought last year. I send some photos and I got a code for a brand new bag. Amazing service. 5 stars. The bags are also great, I use it as my work bag and love it.

Love the bag, but my 14 inch Chromebook doesn't fit the computer slot
Love the bag! I already had 2 other bags from this brand, but I wanted a "Teacher Tote" bag. That's why I ordered this one. The quality is fantastic. Love everything about it, except for the "big" fact that my 14 inch Chromebook doesn't fit the computer slot due to the zipper blocking the entrance. Big pity on that, as it was the main reason I bought this tote, alongside the two stretchable side pockets for my water and coffee bottles. I still can take my Chromebook in the main compartment, but it's not ideal, as the rest of the stuff scratch the chromebook. I wish it would've fit, and you'd have had my 5 star!

Ich liebe diesen Rucksack. Ich habe mir schon einige bestellt und immer war ich unzufrieden! Dieser ist einfach ein perfekter Begleiter auf Arbeit oder auf Reisen. Ich bin schon dabei mir einen 2ten in einer anderen Farbe zu kaufen.
