Service client déplorable
Service client déplorable. Sac de mauvaise qualité au niveau des sangles; HS au bout de deux semaine d'utilisation. Deux sangles HS. Accord retour garantie et le service client par courriel me sort qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire car ils n'ont pas trace de mon envoi et donc que je me peux m'asseoir sur 70 euros. Mais je rêve. Obligée de contacter le carrefour contact pour trouver la preuve de l'envoi. Cabaia me fait payer pour un problème d'envoi. Merci mais je ne vais pas en rester là.
