Buyer be ware, this is not a reputable company, their merchandise is fake that's not as it looks like on the pictures. What a fake company!

So for the second time my daughter ordered stuff from you guys and again the stuff was broken .you need to ship stuff and make sure that its packed safe because this is absolutely bullshit .

Had to show them, I paid for my order more than 5 times they would not accept the photos that has their company name taking money from my bank account , saying it didn't pass their verification process

Spent $300 on evening dresses for New Year’s Eve. Couldn’t wear a single dress as they were all too big. SHEIN size guide is way off…..Now SHEIN will not refund me even though all the dresses were returned unworn and in original packaging with tags!!!!! SCAM

Bought one product. Delivered to the wrong address. Shein said it was delivered. I had to chase the delivery company and use PayPal to get a refund. Terrible, would never use again.

Service client nul et hors délais
J’ai commandé il y a 2 semaines. Livraison estimée maximum le 27 février soit hier.
Je reçois une notification de livraison sous 24h le 23 février. Nous sommes le 28 et toujours rien.
Je contacte le service de livraison qui m’indique qu’ils ont identifié le colis comme perdu. Je contacte le service client pour les en informés car le colis était dans ma ville depuis le 22. Je demande à me renvoyer un autre et à ce qu’ils s’arrangent avec leur service de livraison si ils retrouvent le colis mais le service client me demande seulement de encore attendre. Du grand n’importe quoi. Le colis est perdu, j’ai commandé et payé il y a 2 semaines et je m’attends à une livraison dans les délais. Service client vraiment nul. Des voleurs. Et des incompétents.
Et ne parlons pas de leurs partenaires de livraison.
Aucune solution trouvée alors que j’avais besoin de mon colis. Sauf que dans 1 mois je n’aurai plus besoin. Et en plus ils ne veulent pas rembourser alors qu’ils ne respectent pas leur part du contrat de vente au consommateur.
Ils offrent 500 points - qu’est ce que je m’en fou de leurs 500 points. Je veux ce pour quoi j’ai payé.

SHEIN is losing the quality of its service.
This company will not exchange or refund your purchase if the sizes are incorrect. You are required to pay a substantial shipping fee and they refuse to refund you for various reasons.
TEMU offer a way better service

Bought 3 pairs of jeans wanted to return them. They Kept asking for SKU numbers, order numbers, pictures, ridiculous, and I still haven't gotten a return procedure from them. I'm holding them accountable, they are disgusting. And this was all through customer service , just brushing me off , and they won't get back to me

This company is not fit to sell any furnitures as they have no after service towards damaged item.
They do not provide exchange or refund for most overweight items.
You reach out to their customer service, they'll ask you to pay in advance to ship the item back and credit you a full refund, then will tell you the item was lost and never received.
Bunch of dishonest scammers, stay away, save your money and time

I wanted to order harrys and these popped up. I ordered them not realizing as the picture looked the same with great price. Two razors broke trying to get them into the mechanism and once I was able to use them, it was more like using a broken piece of glass, not to say it cut me at all... but it also does not leave a clean shave.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I order often and what ever I don't like I can return at no cost (they supply a shipping label). Their sizing and fabric content info is very reliable and all shipments to Toronto take approx. 10 days. Keep in mind a lot of the product is cheap - but if you read and pay attention, you'll find a good deal.

Ordered some items. Received items. Opened items. Items were counterfeit. Provided proof of counterfeit as asked. They denied me a refund. Lost $100. Do not trust Shein, they are scammers.

Shein get a 0 star from me. I am a mom on a budget and they delivered my package but was not at the door. I reached out to them and they said was signed for. I did not sign for a package. I advised them no package was signed for nor did I get a email or text it was delivered like I do with all other orders from other competitors. They stated my neighbors may have signed. Why would my neighbors sign for it!!! I am very disappointed. They keep saying it was signed for and it was not.

Ordered a wig. Color I ordered was dark brown. They sent me red. I filed a return. They won’t accept it. Scammers!

I ordered about $100 worth of Bernat blanket yarn. First they said that it was delayed because of packing yarn. Next they said it was delayed because of shipping logistics. The yarn was offered for under $.50 per skein. After weeks they cancelled my orders and just sent back the money. They told me I could reorder but now the price was $25.00 or more per skein.

Absolutely terrible service.

I bought few items on shein website few items came and couple didn't show up
I keep getting emails about processing the order and I still don't have my 2 items were not received and I am tired of their AI stupid emails
I can't reach out customer service
They are thieves
So I will never get my items back and I got charged for something never gotten
Shit service I will never say they have good customer service unless I have my items or got refunded they sent me a sticker refund to bring the items but I don't have them and AI emails stupid how can I return them if I don't have them
