The WORST CUSTOMER service before the Pandemic and now after. Not helpful. Waiting over 15 minutes today on hold then called a store and the sales associate was just plain RUDE. It was the Yorkdale store and she hung up on me. It was exactly at 1 PM if you’d like to check. I guess that you have too much business. However I will tell everyone I know about the poor service. Negative Word of mouth is at least 3 times more powerful than positive word of mouth. It basically undoes all the Positives potentially from your advertising. Thank you. GSR
