BougeRV Arvostelua 

Recently bought a 12 volt portable refrigerator from their website on a great deal. Model BougeRV CRH20 21QT with battery. On-line purchase straight forward no issues. Package delivered by UPS wrong item, so returned that one and informed customer service. They immediately sent out correct item. A few days later the correct item arrived. Because UPS delivered upside down (instructions right on the box to keep upright- Fragile -Handle with care) a let the fridge sit for 24 hours before powering up. Turned it on to test but not working. Display ok with no errors. Just not turning the compressor and fan on to cool. Contacted customer service again. Instead on sending it back they sent me a couple of videos on how to take compressor cover off and to check connections. Now not every customer would be comfortable doing this with a brand new unit. But I forged ahead and did it. FYI it's not very hard, it's fastened by screws so no prying. Sure enough two spade connectors were disconnected to the compressor circuit. Connected back up put cover back on and away we go. Runs as advertised. Told customer service of the issue and to relay this to their manufacture to better secure the connectors. So all in all the unit is well build and operates as advertised a side from the one issue. Customer service was easy to deal with and helped me through the issue. My only complaint would be the handling practices of the shipping companies. I would suspect that the units get bumped around alot for these connectors to become disconnected. I'm really focusing on the connectors because prior to buying this unit I bought the very same one on Amazon with the exact same symptoms. I returned that one with refund.

I ordered 2 of the Arch Pro 200w flexible panels from Bougerv. When I told them I possess a Native Status Card they basically told me they couldn't help me. Two days later I ordered the Bluetti v2 200w solar kit. Grace had no problem applying the 8% discount. In fact she took all sales tax off. Something that was $1529.00 was now $1528.89. Every single item from Bougerv had different couriers. 5 in total. I just received my last package (panel). The advertisement states a free new years lucky bag. Which they stiffed me on. P.s the Bluetti v2 200w solar kit came in 3 days before the Arch Panels came in. Even though I ordered from Bougerv 2 days before the Bluetti. Lol

On my list of great tech and such poor order/shipping management I will never recommend them again. Ever. Cost me an 1/2 $K extra in living expenses waiting for $20 parts.

Ich hatte die bei BougeRV gekaufte Powerstation Fort 1000 mit 75% Akkuladung mit meiner HiFi Anlage über die 230 Volt Steckdose am Gerät verbunden. Die Leistungsaufnahme pendelte sich bei 530 Watt Entnahme ein.
Dann, ohne Vorwarnung, gehen die Lüfter auf Maximum und aus dem seitlichen Lüftungsgitter bläst weißer, beißender Qualm heraus!! Das Gerät hatte sich extremst erwärmt und brannte offensichtlich innen! Das ganze Wohnzimmer war binnen Sekunden vollgenebelt.
Ich trennte sofort die Stromverbindung und warf das Gerät - qualmend und wie verrückt blasend - auf den Balkon. Dort machte es noch ca. eine Minute sein Theater weiter - dann war Ruhe im Karton. Es hätte nicht viel gefehlt und ich hätte die Feuerwehr gerufen!
Wäre das Ding unbeaufsichtigt gewesen, hätte das Haus in Brand geraten können!! Die Firma entschuldigte sich für "die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten". Das war's!
