The delivery process was slow but the company was great with providing updates. I was disappointed in the quality of the dress I ordered. The print was very pretty but the material itself was low quality. Because the return process is so complicated, I decided to just eat the cost rather than go through the hassle of returning it.

The sleeveless jumpsuit looked nice online but I liked it even more once I put it on. The fit was much more flattering than I expected. It's simple enough to dress up or keep casual which makes it surprisingly versatile.

Do not order from this site. They send completely different items than what they show on the website and then won’t work with you on a return.

Do not believe the responses from Customer Service. They are incorrect. For example, the phone number is not working and the area code is not matching the supposed physical address. The order was “out of stock” and instead of a refund, they offered a store credit. Not a refund, but a credit. This is a scam company.

The order I placed took a long time to arrive. Once the top did arrive, I tried the blouse on and it is very large on me. I'm 5'3" and weight 100#. I have sent a couple of messages regarding the need to return for a refund. I am still waiting for those "how to return" instructions. Please, please follow up with return instructions.

Everything about the ordering process was easy. I received my confirmation tracking updates and package exactly when expected. Sometimes the best shopping experiences are simply the ones where everything works the way it should.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They appear to be a US company and make it seem like your items will ship fast, but it really doesn’t. They come from China. Quality is cheap and does not look like the pics on their website. There is also a strong odor to the material and they are not true to size. The zippers do not work correctly. They get stuck (no they weren’t tight dresses) and one dress I could not even unzip the dress to put it on. The next day after receiving the dresses, I initiated a return request and they gave me a hassle asking me to take pictures of the issue and they go around in circles with you because they don’t want to refund you. When they do finally agree to refund you, they give you four options. 1. Keep items and get a 10% refund. 2. Receive 50% store credit….yah NO THANKS! 3. Exchange items or 4. Return items but you have to pay shipping fees, custom fees, and a 15% restocking fee PER ITEM!!!! When they do receive the items then THEY will decide how much of a refund you’re entitled to!!! SUCH A SCAM!!!!! Ive gotten much better quality items on Temu and SHEIN for a much better price!

Shipping from China took weeks. Didn't need the daily e-mails from Walnut Grove. Often just a sales pitch to buy more and "include the item in my Shipping box". The dress I ordered is NOT like the picture. No shape - big like a lounge gown. I'm 5'4" and it's to the floor not mid-calf/just below the knee.
I was hoping for a nice summer dress but receive something that I will wear around my house. I thought it was a good buy at below $40. however I could have purchased the same shapeless lounge gown for under $30. locally if that was what I was looking to buy.
Unfortunately, I will not be asking for a return/refund as Walnut Creek requires the customer to pay return shipping (international to China), duty, taxes, etc..AND an 15-18% restocking fee.
Guess I will keep the "dress" , shorten it 2+" so I can walk without tripping, and try taking it in to give it a little shape.
The only plus is the fabric. It is soft and will be comfortable to wear at home.

Products are junk. I ordered a pair of shoes. I made the assumption because of their 2 USA locations and USA phone number that they were located in the US. They are not. I believe they are drop shipping from China. I ordered my shoes 1/2 size larger than I normally wear and they were too small. You cannot understand the size info in the shoe because it's in Chinese. They are charging me a restocking fee and I have to ship them back to Asia! What a ripoff. I'm going to report them to the Federal Trade Commission for deceptive trade practices.

The clothes are Horrible they are nothing like the pictures on website a total SCAM. Clothes look like they were sown in someone's home, no care instructions or designer label, material is not good quality, "Do Not Order" from this site and if you return they want you to pay for restocking @15% and pay shipping and customs cost, very poor customer service.

I bought a couple of pieces while they were discounted and felt like I got good value. The quality seems better than I expected at this price point and everything arrived looking exactly as advertised.

**The company registration number 1012.190.248 is widely flagged in reports as a scam. It is frequently listed in the "Contact" or "Privacy" pages of dubious online storefronts (often associated with store names like AMSTUDIO, Mayberry, Seabourne, and Willow Harbor).

Ordered 2 separate orders on June 21st. I got 1 order on July 7th. 2 pair of shoes. These shoes are obviously sized wrong, atleast 1 size larger. I sent pictures of wrong size on the bottom, I wear a 38 these say 40. They wanted me to pay 24.00 shipped and they would send me 2 more pair of shoes. I said " what size?" I just wanted to return these. And they are dancing around it. So I will keep 2 pair that I have 77.00 for and can't wear. Oh yeah...my second order has not arrived yet.
Update...my second order arrived and it's a nightmare. If I can send pictures I will. The jumper fits nothing like the pictures on the website. Only thing that is similar is the print. Even the buttons are different. One i ordered is shown as ankle/cropped, the one I got is dragging the grown. So over all I spent 120.00 and can't wear Anything. And to just return will cost me half if what I paid, maybe more. 15% inspection fee, 15. 00 shipping on each item back to ASIA. What a crock OF CRAP.

This was my first time ordering from the store and everything went smoothly. The website was easy to navigate checkout was straightforward and my confirmation email arrived almost immediately after payment.

This online store is a scam. I called my credit card company and reported it. For 3 days in a row they sent me an automated email stating that my package was labeled with shipping information and waiting for pick up by the carrier. So I had no tracking number, and no way to know why it was taking the carrier three days to pick it up. I sent an email to their customer service and it came back as invalid. Email address. I called their customer service phone number and I got a message saying this number is invalid. But they posted the payment to my credit card account. Do not fall for this scam.

My package arrived a couple of days later than I originally expected but the communication along the way was helpful. Once the order arrived the dress itself completely won me over. The fit was flattering the material felt comfortable against my skin and it ended up looking even better in person than in the photos.

This is the worst company I’ve ever ordered from. DO NOT order from them.

I ordered a few dresses was told they’d be delivered in 7-10 days. After two weeks they weren’t even shipped yet. I was contacted that one was out of stock and they offered me credit I had to fight to get my money back for a dress that I ordered that they didn’t even have.

I contacted them to cancel the rest of my order since it hadn’t shipped yet and I no longer needed the dresses since they never arrived and the event I needed them for had already passed.

They refused to cancel it. I asked for return instructions for when I would eventually receive the package. When I received it I took pictures of the package (didn’t take the dresses out) to send them after they requested them. They are only offering me a 20% refund credit for the return. I’ve contacted them several times regarding the absolute horrible customer service. They have yet to help.

I can’t emphasize enough DO NOT order from them. Save your money, shop somewhere else.

The sale prices caught my attention but the actual quality is what would make me order again. I expected something average for the cost and ended up pleasantly surprised. The stitching looked clean and the finish felt much nicer than I anticipated.

Ordered a dress that described as being a good quality DENIM dress and it was anything but denim. Cheap flimsy fabric and jumpsuit I received was cheaply made. Sending them back would cost me more than I paid for items. This place is a rip off and comes from China. Should have known and wish I had researched this place. They charge a 15% restocking fee. Just a way to steal from Americans. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

The blouse I ordered became part of my regular work rotation almost immediately. It's polished enough for meetings but still comfortable when sitting at a desk all day. After a few washes it has held its shape much better than some similar tops I own.

They have quick, amazing customer service. Their shipping is inaccurate and delayed. Their product is beautiful online. In person it is unrecognizable, a different design, different fabric. They charge you to return a product that visible look nothing like the product you ordered BUT they communicate quickly.
