There are down since 04th December 2025. Today 9th of December 2025 they charge me even if there service is not available? They basically have no customer support because nobody replies to any I wrote.

I started using IPv6 proxies for my SEO work, setup was quick, connection stayed stable, and the speed was solid. Exactly what I needed.

Simple payment, transparent usage, and quality proxy network. Bytezero gives you what you pay for - no fuss, no surprises.

Perfect for managing multiple accounts: rotating + sticky sessions work as advertised, and target-country IPs make things smooth.

Cheap IPv6 proxies that actually work, no bans, good speed, and nice reliability for my scraping tasks.

My dropshipping workflow is much smoother now, and I can finally track my competitors the right way.

Good for e-commerce scraping. Haven't been blocked on Amazon yet after two months.

The pay-as-you-go system is ideal for occasional projects. The fact that credits never expire is a major advantage.

I use it for brand protection monitoring, and the clean IPs stay unflagged.

Good performance, reasonable rates, and overall, nothing to complain about.

Bytezero proxies combined with my automation setup = perfect. Everything just works.

Finally, genuine residential proxies! None of those datacenter ones pretending to be residential like you usually find elsewhere.

After using it for a few months, several problems have arisen:

1. Customer service is often offline, sometimes for days, weeks, or even longer without a response.

2. Promised issues are rarely resolved, and proxy problems are naturally not addressed promptly.

3. Proxy bandwidth and additional features are misleading. Even when purchasing different bandwidths and additional features, all ports remain the same (1111), and there is no difference in usage. However, when many users are using the proxy pool, instability occurs, bandwidth is consumed, and normal operation becomes impossible.

My plan on the 18th expired and didn't automatically renew. I repurchased a different plan, and on the 21st, three consecutive orders were charged. The automatic renewal is a scam. There's no cancel button, no credit card verification required, and the automatic renewal didn't happen in a timely manner. The multi-day fee wasn't charged until several days after I resubscribed. Customer service is nonexistent and hasn't responded, so it's unclear whether I'll get a refund.

At first, Bytezero seemed like a good service, but now their customer support is absolutely terrible. It’s basically non-existent — they don’t reply for days, and when they finally do, they just send a meaningless “Hi” without addressing the actual question. You ask again, and again they disappear for days. It’s frustrating and unprofessional.

On top of that, they are stealing data. For every 1GB of real usage, they deduct 3–4GB from your balance. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam.

I can no longer recommend Bytezero. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay away from this service until they fix their dishonest practices and provide real customer support.

For every 4GB of actual usage, they take away 9GB.
They even have a dashboard so you can see your actual usage, and everything is fine there. But in the plan, they take away the 9GB. And I reported it, and they say everything's fine.

This started happening in the middle of last month, and it's never happened to me with them or any other provider.

I feel compelled to change providers because I don't plan on losing all those GB every day.
