The company auto charges renewals…
The company auto charges renewals although it was cancelled during the trial. No one answers the phone and no way to email them because they send a link and it says it expired even though it is immediately clicked. I tried 10 times.

We’d like to clarify a few important points. Our service does not include a free trial, but rather a 30-day money back guarantee from the initial payment, which can sometimes be misunderstood as a trial period. Subscriptions also renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
We also want to clarify that we do not offer phone support, and our support is handled via email. If a login link expires, it’s because a newer one was requested, and only the most recent link will work for security reasons.

It never send you out any items to use it only sends you video and picture recipes on what to do but you have to buy your own ingredients else where

If you cancel within hours of purchasing, they will still charge you and renew you 3 months later. I am disputing with my bank as we speak.
They also make you verify your email before a dispute is filed.. it is a ridiculous process a finding customer service is difficult on their website.

It's crazy I get here on to look at reviews and me and another person are having the exact same issue!
I second that this company is a SCAM
I signed up for this service in December and I did what I could to cancel my subscription the same day I signed up for the service and all is could do is communicate with an AI chat bot via their website. They have no phone number
Here we are 3 months later and I got charged $49.99 for a service I have not used. I finally got an email back and am being told they can not issue me a refund due to beingnoutside of the 30 day period. Unacceptable. I shouldn't of even had service with them still.
This is the exact issue another person is having too!

Now you Know is a scam
I signed up in December and on the same night I went on the app to cancel but wasn’t able to so I chatted with someone and told them to cancel my subscription and they charged me $20. And now 3 months later they charged me $49.99 . And the killing part about it is I deleted the app and never used it and I know they can see if you’re using the app or not. I believe they are a scam. Because there is no where on the app where you can cancel your subscription. And I want my money back asap.

It was a great experience
It was a great experience. Time was definitely a factor for me. The items needed to complete the task also became an issue because I went a few store and one item was always unavailable. Tutorials are kool but insure the client doesn’t to hunt for particular items due to low usage in areas. I live in a city so we have large varieties of most things but those waxes are not widely available all the time. Craft stores hobby lobby sometimes ordering things or using your website is misleading. Simple but not so simple

I love watching video and learning new things. The helpful handouts I print and put into a binder so I can look back on when needed. Plus, if there is something I forgot I can look back at the video! I am learning new craft and improving on old skills!

Mostly good with a couple tech glitches
This is a basically good teaching platform. The content, teachers, micro-learning videos, PDFs, course sparks to review the course including slides, clips and mini-podcast are all very appealing. There are a couple tech glitches —the play button doesn’t restart after pausing so you have to back out to home screen to start over if you pause at all. But for a few minute video it’s not a deal breaker for me. It just is annoying and probably is the reason that one reviewer left one star. The other glitch is if you try to reach them by replying to their email, it is not listed correctly and therefore comes up with a relay denied: “ Your message couldn't be delivered because the remote server is misconfigured.” I have contacted the company to address these glitches and hopefully they will address sooner than later. I already completed one course in herbal remedies and got a lot out of the teaching.
