I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Bylo AI.

I canceled my subscription properly and even received a confirmation email from them. However, after the subscription expired, I discovered that they had automatically reactivated my subscription and charged me again without my authorization.

This is not a simple mistake — this is unauthorized billing.

I have clear evidence:

Cancellation confirmation email
Billing records showing charges after cancellation

I have contacted their support but received no meaningful response.

This kind of behavior is extremely concerning and feels like a subscription trap designed to keep charging users even after cancellation.

I have now:

Reported this as an unauthorized transaction to my bank
Started the chargeback process
Filed complaints with consumer protection authorities

If you are considering using this service, be aware that:
👉 Even if you cancel, you may still be charged
👉 You may have to deal with your bank to stop further payments

Komplett unverständliche Seite. Aus zwei Bildern mache eines? Geht nicht.Man erhält als Ergebnis nur ein verschlechtertes erstes Bild.

The generated image was not what I had hoped for. There were many faces that were altered and the faces were incorrectly processed and were unrecognizable as the people who were in the original images

The website does not work, and costumer support does not respond. No phone number to call. Red flag!

This website does not ask users to review the privacy policy nor terms and conditions prior to uploading photos on their various features webpages e.g. AI Clothes Changer. There is no link to the privacy policy nor terms and conditions near the upload image area. You have to scroll to the bottom of the website to find the links.

The risk with this website is that anybody that uploads images on the website risks their personal photos as well as generated images being used by the website unknowingly - unless you have read the terms and conditions in advance. My concern is that minors could be uploading photos without knowing the risks, that the website could be using their photos online, as well as any generated images.

The terms and conditions list...
"You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting it to the site, you grant MIRA MUSE LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process the information and content that you provide, without any further consent, notice, and/or compensation to you or others. This license includes the right for MIRA MUSE LLC to make your User Content available to others for the publication, distribution, syndication, or broadcast on other media and services".

I tried using this site for restoring old photos. I got a few impressive results, especially when the original photos were of good quality. But many times the site just gives an error, generates black rectangles or adds a bit of colour without improving quality and in a large part of those cases, you still get charged credits, and there is no way to dispute it. So it's not a scam, but there is a large scope for improvement. I cancelled my subscription as it's largely useless.
