Good quality item and reasonable price would of liked a nicer box as it was a gift but understand as it’s eco friendly

Hey Paula, thank you so much for your review and support of the brand! We are so sorry you were not happy with the box you received, we had an incredibly busy month of orders last month meaning our usual branded packaging sold out. We had to use a temporary eco solution for a few days whilst we waited for our usual beautiful sustainable boxes to be restocked as we did not want to delay anyone's order in case they were gifts. I am so sorry for any disappointment or inconvenience caused. If you still require a gift box please feel free to email us at shop@byglaze.com and we can support you further :) x

Worth every penny and more
I just adore my earrings. They look so nice and well made and classic and go with everything!!
Only negative thing is, shipping to Germany you have to pay extra fees. But worth it in the end

Beautiful Shell Drop Huggies
Beautiful earrings, Thank you:) I ordered my earrings on the 9th of December and got my order a few days before Christmas. Only thing what you have to keep in mind when ordering if you don't live in the UK is customs charge can be more than the shipping cost it self and it delays the delivery a week. (I was lucky I could order it with free shipping but still the customs remain)

Thank you for your feedback Silvia! We are so sorry to hear that you still had to pay customs. It's so frustrating for us and our customers as customs are completely out of our control and each country seems to have varying degrees of fees. Sadly these are not something we can regulate or control which I know is very annoying but we appreciate your support and hope we can improve our service for our customers buying outside of the UK in the very near future xx
Stellar Customer Support
Delivery was great - arrived in time to be a Christmas Present for my beloved Godchild. Unfortunately, this will be my very last order - I did not expect having to pay €21 because of Brexit - this was not listed anywhere on the website (else I would have given 5 stars). Do get in touch when ordering from within the EU is a possibility.
I have increased my rating to 5 stars as your customer support is absolutely stellar. Oh - and I did not mention yet, that my godchild absolutely loves her new necklace :-) - thank you!

Thank you for your purchase and your review, we are so sorry to hear that you incurred customs charges on your order. It's so frustrating for small brands and customers as customs are completely out of our control and each country has different customs fees. Sadly these are not something we can regulate or control which I know is very annoying.
On our website on our shipping FAQs and terms and conditions we do state that:
'Orders crossing borders may incur local duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, therefore these are not included in your order and you will need to be paid locally upon receipt. Please contact your local customs office if you need further information before placing your order'
I have dropped you an email regarding your order and will be able to support you there further xx
Very happy
It was shipped super quickly even though it was Christmas season. And not only do I love the earrings so much, but also people compliment it everywhere I go. :) very happy with this purchase!
