Staff at marsh Barton, Exeter were extremely helpful. Simon wingfield spent about 3 hours with me assisting me and answering all my questions and took me for a test drive. Very helpful throughout.

First class service from point of 1st contact with the original enquiry. Fair part exchange valuation and process was smooth and straightforward throughout. Nice little touches when collecting the car which was in pristine condition and a very thorough hand over with explanations and vehicle features fully explained. Top service, would highly recommend and definitely use BYD south west in the future.

Freddie was brilliant. From organising a test drive to finding a suitable car at a sister dealership, then leading me through the buying process and finally doing the comprehensive handover.

Great experience. Popped in at the end of a long day trying on cars, and browsed the BYD range in the showroom without pushy sales tactics (tbh the cars sell themselves anyway). Chanced upon the Seal U DMi and then explored finances. Refreshing to find a dealer happy to discuss leasing options rather than pushing PCP. Yasmin was superb throughout, even though there were hitches selling our old vehicle privately, and took ages explaining all the controls and infotainment when we picked up our vehicle. Mention to Kirsty too for getting us there. All in all very good

Literally the best customer service I had ever had. Went into browse at cars as I was looking for a new one and waiting for a test drive from another garage. Long story cut short ended up walking out of the door having purchased an Atto 2!

I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door and didn’t feel pressured at all. Was offered a test drive and the rest is history!
