Stay Clear. Ordered a mens large waterproof jacket and they sent a Chinese large which is a UK small. It just fits my 13 year old daughter. The jacket was even marked US xs and CN L. Company refused to accept responsibility as thet sent a large (which is technically correct if i was in China) and not the UK and give me return address and offered % credit not for future purchases .That I won't use

I ordered footware in early December, I have been told they are on the way, but it is now the end of March. I recommend staying clear of this poor excuse for a business.

Extremely poor response no communication to return website address is what. Used and now saying no that’s the warehouse and nothing they can do also £17.50 to return shocking customer service and telling lies that the parcelforce tracking does not work!!!

On the website saying delivery time is between 2 working to 5 working days, but I was waiting more than two weeks.
Once I received it was not my size even though I selected my size. Yes I am 10 in size and it does says 10 in size but it was too tide for me. However as now is the pain to come I asked for refund and I was not happy with the email I received look what they said on the email:: Please note that returns and exchanges can be quite costly. Therefore, we would like to offer you a better alternative. However, before proceeding, could you please provide us with clear pictures of the product you received, including the size label? This will help us verify the item and check if there has been any issue, as according to our system, the correct product and size were delivered as per your order.
So I did respond to them saying that I do have right to refund as long as the item is not worn or has sth on it.
So I will advise to read reviews before you from them

Bybellivaro clothing is comfortable and fashionable. The outfit I bought fits wonderfully.

This company is a total sham, do not buy from here. I was unable to return the goods for a refund and was only offered credit. Customer service probably a bot, and totally useless.

Don't purchase anything from them. They stole 150 eur from me. The item I bought had horrible quality, came from China, wrong size, and they did not want to take it back. I asked for a refund, but they did not provide me the process, so I sent back the product on my own costs to an address from the website. When I told them they said they don't accept it, so I won't get any money back so I lost the product, and the cost of the post. The customer service "Emma" is horrible, not helping at all, and does not want to help to solve the issue at all.
NEVER order from them, all scam.
