Ordered two shirts and a jacket. Shirts are three sizes too small (ordered 4x and they are like extra large), and they sent me a cheap 2x button down shirt instead of the 4x hooded jacket I ordered for $80. Customer service is non existent. Total garbage company!

Item quality not as it looked. Asked them how to return from UK but as they are based in China, they said it will be too expensive to pay postage. They asked me for more money to send a diffrent size and suggested I sell the trousers that don‘t fit?! Please avoid!!
I ordered an item (UK) . Paid in US dollars making the website look like you are dealing with an American company but is not. I was waiting for the delivery (3 weeks now) but Hermes (their courrier) sent the item back to China without even contacting me. (they had my email as got a notification from them). Now, Buymorex comes back to me asking if I still need the item which they could resend for a 10USD surcharge. They messed up my address and now ask me to pay again. Don't buy at Buymorex!
