Buy Mobile Arvostelua

Absolutely appalling experience with BuyMobile Australia (via Woolworths Marketplace).

I received a faulty item and provided clear video evidence, yet this was still questioned and not handled appropriately. The product quality is inconsistent and not comparable to what I had previously purchased.

What’s most concerning is the way returns are handled. Instead of resolving the issue fairly, there appears to be an attempt to apply deductions even when the item is clearly defective. This goes directly against consumer rights and is completely unacceptable.

Buyers, be aware: if something goes wrong, do not expect a straightforward or fair resolution.

I strongly recommend staying clear of this company and purchasing from a more reputable seller.

Audrey was the best customer service I’ve ever had thanks so much
