BuyFactory.Direct is a curated online hub connecting shoppers with more than 60 independent factory-direct and warehouse-direct brands. The network covers home and garden, bedroom and bathroom, fashion, fitness and health, tools, automotive products, pet supplies, children’s products, kitchenware, storage solutions and clearance stock. BuyFactory.Direct does not sell products directly through the hub. Instead, visitors can search or browse the brand directory and continue to each brand’s own website to view products, pricing, availability, delivery information and current offers. Orders are placed with the selected brand, and each brand maintains its own shipping, returns, warranty and customer-service policies. Our purpose is to make a broad portfolio of specialist brands easier to discover in one place. The website also publishes shopping guides, product information and links to current promotions across the network. Availability, delivery destinations and timeframes can vary by brand and product, so customers should review the information displayed on the relevant brand website before ordering. BuyFactory.Direct is operated by Caruso Consulting Co Ltd from Phetchaburi, Thailand. Customers who need help identifying the correct brand or locating the appropriate customer-service team can contact us using the details shown on this profile.

Beware of this company

Sent back a partial order for a different product, in line with their "returns" policy. Have to send to THAILAND. BEWARE. The cost was £30 postage and then their company REJECTED the package when it was delivered in Thailand. Came back to UK to our home address despite the company having agreed the return and acknowledged in writing that we wanted an exchange. Do not deal with this company unless you are prepared for heavy postage costs and then rejected returns.

Hi Sharon,

We’re sorry to hear about the difficulty and expense you experienced when returning your order, particularly after the return had been discussed with our team. A parcel being returned after delivery was attempted is something we would like to investigate properly.

Please contact our customer service team with your order number and return tracking details so we can review the correspondence and determine why the parcel was not accepted.

Terrible experience with these

Masquerades under various names with local business addresses but are based in Thailand. I bought silk which turned out to polyester satin and even then was the wrong size. Return was impossible due to demand for private courier shipping (very €€€). Umbrella name seems to Caruso Consulting Co ltd. Their websites are well done but their support emails bounce and their chat bot looks real but is also fake.
