I cant get in touch

I cant get in touch, dont reply on email and i cant write with him on the site anymore. i waited 5 days.
i bought an account theres been community banned.
and cant get an answer for what we do.
cant get in the orginal owner email. and he cant get in touch with him.

Recovered account

So when I bought account 1st it got community locked, when I tried to unlock account with the email they gave me steam support said its not real 1st email
Then I dropped -rep on trustpilot, only after that they assisted me and gave me real 1st email
Now after 5 months they recovered 1st email with recovery questions + recovered account aswell
This time when I asked on site they just banned me away from chat

gives me a level 8 non prime, and has like no medals or friends, stupid crap plz dont buy
