I’ve been trying to cancel a subscription I’ve never approved and they keep charging my credit card, which is dangerous.
Stay away and report to your banks.

I bought this product after seeing lots of instagram ads. It was advertised as a stress reducing drink that had the added benefit of reducing your waist line. I got the mango flavour on a buy one get one free deal but my goods took ages to come as I had not realised they were being shipped from China. I had to email customer services a few times to chase it up and they did respond after a few days. Luckily I didn't have the same experience as many here who got signed up to subscription without consent. The drinks are okay, the flavour is fine but they have had no positive impact on weight or bloating as advertised.

Do not buy from this site.

I saw this product advertised on social media and was initially interested in what it claimed to do. I bought the product but did not realise you are automatically signed up for the subscription.

After using the product for a month, I saw no results but saw I had been charged again. On 1 December, I emailed to cancel the subscription and received only an automated response. I sent several follow-up emails, none of which were answered.

Despite my attempts to cancel, I was charged again for another subscription order. This product never arrived. After multiple further emails, the issue remained unresolved.l and I was sent a further subscription order, nearly 2 months after trying to cancel my subscription.

I have since managed to contact someone who has offered either a partial refund or the option to return the product. However, returning it would cost £15 in overseas shipping.

The customer service from this company is extremely poor. I strongly advise against purchasing from them.

DO NOT buy from this absolutely disgraceful company. As many of these reviews state, I was signed up for a subscription even though I paid for a one time purchase. My first email was answered and I was told that the subscription would be cancelled but as with many many others, they have continued to take money from me. I'm about to send my fifth email asking why, where is my refund and where is the product?

Do not fall for this scam!! They are a scam product and won't cancel your subscription and keep charging you. Absolutely disgraceful and illegal.

They will put you on subscriptions and will not cancel it. I have emailed them many times to cancel and they kept giving reasons and in the end still wouldn’t cancel. I have to cancel through my bank. They are still trying to make charges although they are blocked on my account..

The absolute worst company I’ve dealt with. Put me in a subscription without my knowledge. It took me some quite aggressive emails to even just get them to cancel my subscription. They said they would refund the money they took without consent but whether that happens is another story! Terrible company!

This is such a scam. I cannot stop them charging my card or sending the product. I keep requesting them to cancel the subscription that was hidden in the T&C, and they keep charging my card and sending the products

Horrible experience! I got signed up for a subscription without my knowledge! All confirmation emails & shipping emails go to your spam conveniently so you miss them. I have reached out to the company over & over again to cancel my subscription only to hear nothing back. I am filing a dispute- do not waste your money or time! Horrible company with horrible costumer service.

Biggest scammers I've ever come across in my life do not use!! Almost impossible to cancel subscription, had to report them to my bank to block future payments and waiting refunds for payments taken illegally, they finally confirmed my subscription was cancelled 2 weeks later my bank notified me they had to block a payment request from them

Wish I saw all these reviews before the moment I am actually joining them. I had the exact same experience- I was signed up for a subscription, which would be fine if the product was good. It is not. The first batch I received had a weird taste and when the second match arrived, it had a completely different taste. Seeing that, I decided to cancel as it looked like they sent me an expired batch. Boy, did I know what I was getting into. It's been a month, I have sent multiple emails and submitted disputes. Got one email back with 0 information and still trying to cancel. Make sure you spread the word!

Please do not buy! Scam company. You will not get your money back.

If only I can give negative 100 review to such product, customer service and individuals dealing with it. What a fraud. I didn't even subscribe and I found myself debited money and I received a horrible taste sachets which are quite expensive and useless. I tried to cancel it, but by the time the customer service got back to me the second parcel was delivered. And this is when they said we cant refund after delivery. After zillion emails to customer service, a guy called Joshua, he kept convincing me to stay with them, I said NO. Eventually he wrote that your subscription has been cancelled. This month I found £48 debited from my account and another parcel, and now they are seeing themselves fair by offering 50% or I return at my own cost the parcel to USA. So basically they want me to deal with a mistake they did. Rubbish and I have reported this to Authorities. Good luck!

3 stars only because I can't speak too soon! Until stumbling upon the horrendous reviews on google, I was unaware that they automatically sign you up for a subscription when purchasing, and am still not even sure if they did for me or not since I'm still yet to recieve my first order. I emailed them immediately and just wanted to share my experience in regards to the customer service side of things so far. For me, they were really quick to respond - definitely no 2-3 business days waiting on my end. I emailed them for the first time yesterday evening and had confirmation by today that they successfully canceled my order. Before they canceled, they did ask me first if I'd like them to extend the time in between each shipment (3 or 6 months) but ultimately gave me the choice to say no - which i did. They didn't pester me any more than that, and responded within a couple hours confirming the cancelation. I suppose the part im still unsure about is whether or not they have actually canceled it 🤣 I will update my review if another order shows up and change my rating based off that. Would love to give this company a fair review if I have one to give! Good luck to anyone else who orders this product (and I highly recommend killing them with kindness for your best chance of getting them to cancel it for you 😆)

Scam! Don't Not Buy! Will continue to charge you even after you've contacted them to cancel.

They continue to take monthly payments for a subscription I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. I have emailed several times to cancel and they do not respond. What am I meant to do! PLEASE DO NOT BUY

I would do 0 stars if I could. I am beyond frustrated - they apparently sign you up for a subscription and then continue to charge you monthly. I have been trying for months to get this cancelled with no luck. There’s no phone number to call. This is a SCAM. Do not EVER use unless you want them charging your card every day until you cancel your card, since they apparently aren’t capable of removing information of their system.

Absolutely disgusting! These cretins sign you up to a subscription even if you didn't then continue to charge you every month even after you have repeatedly cancelled by emailing them multiple times! They 'conveniently' make you wait 2-3 business days to respond, then their response is either wishy washy, giving you other options other than to cancel! These pigs are simply robbing people blind and i would like to report them to consumer affairs! I believe anyone should be contacting consumer affairs regarding this disgusting business.

Stupid Calmify! I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription too and they keep on offering me discount after discount to make me stay! I’ve been writing to them for over a month now and they don’t seem to understand. I just blocked my card and I have to keep on writing them for something to change! Do anyone else here have a solution to what can be done?
