I contacted them, they said: take this as a gift because we are re-sending you the correct product + a discount on your next purchase OR your money back. I chose the refund. They never sent the money back, everyday is a different excuse, the funniest was that I was in a line of people waiting for a decision from their Finance Department. They are CROOKS.

Eu comprei um produto, me enviaram outro. entrei em contato e me disseram que ficasse com este de presente e que estariam me re-enviando o correto mais um desconto na próxima compra ou o dinheiro de volta, como eu quisesse. Escolhi o dinheiro de volta, mas eles nunca me mandaram, todo dia é uma desculpa diferente, a mais cômica foi que eu estava numa fila de pessoas esperando decisões do departamento financeiro.
