Auf der Webseite steht, man könne innerhalb von 24 Stunden widerrufen, ich habe es nach 5 Minuten versucht, nachdem mir auffiel, dass die Firma einfach 9,99 für eine Garantie mit abgerechnet hat, die ich nicht gebucht hatte. Als ich den Kauf (nach 5 Minuten) stornieren wollte, wurde mir gesagt, dass der Artikel bereits verschifft sei und ich ihn gerne zurück schicken könne. Auf die Frage, wer für die Rücksendung zahlt, wurde mir nicht geantwortet. Jetzt warte ich seit 10 Tagen auf den Artikel, er ist immer noch nicht angekommen. Dieser Firma kann man absolut nicht vertrauen-ich kann nur abraten, dort etwas zu kaufen.

I placed an order on Wednesday 1 July

1 I was mislaid as to the product I was buying at order stage . I clicked on the link for the Airabreeze portable a/c unit at £47.95,
2 I did not want an extended warranty for product , making the total cost £ 79.94, there was no explanation for the warranty terms and conditions making the offer highly suspect.

3 I tried to cancel the whole order immediately [within the hour}upon receipt of the email confirming order .

4 Airabreeze would not cance,ldespite me contacting promptly. And by me following this up with several emails.
5 Airabreeze response was that the order was out for despatch. However, to date 9th July , there is no indication when the product will be delivered so Airabreeze should cancel the order
6 I trustAirabreeze will read this review /respond/cancel my order and issue an immedate refund of £121.79 to my credit card,

I bought absolute rubbish! I bought 2 units one did not work and the one that did was a waste of time it hardly gave out a cool air. The plastic which they were made of was flimsy it broke easily and leaked water. Customer service was shocking. Do not buy anything from this company.

This company charges £89 for warranty, without your permission.
I have tried to get this money back, to no effect. They just ignore my emails.
Don't buy anything from them, it's a con.

Misleading marketing advert.
I mistaken ordered 4 fans as the advert was showing as a cluster. I immediately emailed emailed Airabreeze to cancel the order on Sat 27/6/26.

I think they are scammers.

Obviously a scam ad, keep showing in youtube, very annoying.

If YouTube adverts handed out awards for ridiculous marketing claims, this one would be taking home the trophy.

Behind all the flashy videos and miracle-cooling promises its a cheap fan that can be bought on AliExpress for around £16. The only thing that's premium here is the markup.

Yet another drop shipping operation relying on slick advertising to convince people they're buying some revolutionary product, when in reality it's an inexpensive import from China.

Personally, I wouldn't be comfortable entering my personal or payment details on this website. I'd rather spend £16 on AliExpress than pay several times more for what is exactly the same fan.

Don't fall for the hype. Save your money, ignore the marketing circus, and shop somewhere more reputable.

They make it sound impressive and “scientific” in the adverts, but in reality it’s just a small evaporative cooler. It does not cool an actual room like they claim. At best, you might feel a slight breeze if you sit right next to it. Completely misleading marketing and a waste of money.
