No communication, no customer service.
I tried to cancel my order three times before it shipped, over the course of two weeks. No communication from the company, through email or phone. Definitely will never do business with them again.

I had nothing but bad experience. I ordered from them for products for Amazon. They say they are a prep center. Messed up shipments and lost inventory. Now don’t answer my calls!
