I ordered my scooter nearly 2 weeks ago now and I still haven’t got it this is unacceptable because it said seven days for shipping

Amazing Customer Service; replies to emails faster than any other company Iv ever ordered from.(Oskar from Buy Electric Scooters UK). The Bogist E5 arrived with the rear wheel/motor completely snapped in half, I really wanted my scooter, so rather than an instant refund I opted for a new motor that I would fix myself. Was told upto another week by Iscooter for delivery. When the new Bogist Arrived; I unfortunately again had problems; However Oskar from (Buy Electric Scooters UK) Was once again on it doing his best to rectify the situation. Since Upgraded to a different brand, I would 100% Recommend ‘Buy Electric Scooters UK’ I just wouldn’t recommend you purchase the ‘Bogist E5’

I bought the IX5 and so far so good, all up to scratch and is a very good scooter, im yet to see how long it lasts so i cant speak for the longevity or durability but it seems like it was manufactured with good quality materials and seems like it would last long. As for the seller Oskar, He is a very informative, professional and reliable individual. I pestered him with loads of questions like everyday for 2 weeks and he always made time to reply and answer my queries. He is very friendly and has integrity when doing business...when i first went on his site Buy-Electric-Scooters-UK i noticed his prices for certain scooters were much better than other companies selling the scooter so like the cynic i am i assumed there was a catch, i thought it was abit sketchy...boy was i wrong LOL...i feel bad for even thinking like that in the first place, thats how kind and reliable Oskar has been....i've given maybe 4 reviews my entire life...and they were never this long...great place to get the Ix5 scooter from.

Purchased Electric Scooter a few weeks before Christmas 2021. Delivery company went on strike, I was notified by Electric Scooters UK of the situation very quickly and offered a refund if I was not prepared to wait. I decided to wait, my purchase was delivered on time and I received notifications throughout the process. Very satisfied with the service I received and would not hesitate to purchase from Electric Scooters UK again. Highly recommend this business.

He took the time to advise which clearly comes from a knowledgeable place.

Oskar is one of the best when it comes to customer service, he has gone above and beyond to sort out the issue I had. I wish all people were so quick to assist.
The ix4 scooters I bought are really good quality and are just such good fun and cheaper than anywhere else I could find.

So many reasons not to buy from this guy.
I bought from him through ebay in march 2021.
Firstly he sent a different model scooter to the one advertised. After he insisted the spec was the same blaming incorrect pictures I let it go and gave him the benefit of the doubt.
A few weeks later the scooter suddenly died mid downhill ride causing a nasty crash and a suspected fractured jaw. though skilled at sales patter they refused to refund, replace or repair the dead scooter despite advertising it with a full years warranty. Instead he said all he would do was send a replacement battery.
A couple of months later a battery arrives that is the wrong part and won't fit the scooter.
More sales patter and fobbing off later he removes his ebay profile and blocks communication.
If there's a problem this guy stalls just long enough to remove your recourse.
I'm now in the process of taking him to small claims court.
Do not buy from this guy. Faulty dangerous scooters and refusal to honour warranties.
Update and in response to his reply
Ebay did not side with you. They cannot reverse a payment after a certain amount of time has passed. They agreeed you are in clear violation of consumer law.
The partial refund you offered was £20 on an unusable scooter that I paid you £250 for. Unsurprisingly I said no.
The ebay user name deleted was southwestsalesuk he now uses buyelectricscooters.com.
This review is 100% honest and accurate.
Rather sending messages trying to pressure me to change my review the right thing to do would be to honour your warranty and refund the scooter.
Further update in response to their much edited reply. Yes he has now finally refunded me almost a year later, after I got lawyers involved to take him to court that is.

5* service from oskar , 100% professional and no question was to much , perfect recommendation and absolutely over the moon with my purchase , i was advised up to 7 days for delivery and it was on my door step within 48 hours from purchase which was on a sunday , best purchase ive made in a long time 🤙🙌

ordered 30 november- delivered from germany by december 07 - on opening the box is was immediately obvious that this was built properly - there were no cheap fixtures and it came with an instruction manual -worked straight away after charging (0.7 kwh which is less than 15p) and is quicker up all hills than even the fittest lycra clad cyclist
- the folding handlebars really are convient and become a complete godsend the more you use it - if anyone wants to try one out near derby just contact oskar for my details

Ridiculously good support and customer service, clearly cares about his customers. Scooter runs great
