Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a diary that I had only been using for a month or so, so I got in touch with Busy B. I received a super-quick reply, and 2 working days later a replacement diary arrived at my house.

Lovely products , had little problem with my item and very quick solved !!! , fantastic the dairy and calendars are amazing quality and you have everything in them you need !!! It’s so many on the market different brands and companies but I started use them last year and definitely will stick for a long long time , thank you , you can be proud of what you got

I've ordered the Busy B 'couples calendar' for a good few years now, and this is now the 3rd year where I've ordered them as repeat presents for friends/family too. They are beautiful and really well designed, and the pockets for invites etc are a brilliant invention! This year I've upgraded to the 'family one' for our house.
I have had to contact customer services on a couple of occasions over the years, but they've always been very quick to respond and resolve any issues. I will certainly keep ordering from them!

Edit: Shortly after ordering from here the credit card I used was cloned. I hadn't been using it much elsewhere so it's likely that it was as a result of shopping here. Can't say for definite. Definitely something not right about this shop though given the reviews below. Luckily as it was a credit card I haven't had to pay for what was stolen, but if you are going to shop here proceed with caution.

Ordered from Busy B as my wife found a diary and gift planner on Instagram that she wanted. Looked at the reviews below and was a bit hesitant, so paid with a credit card in case things went wrong.

Didn't need to worry, order turned up within a few days and everything was fine. Paid for the tracked delivery (again because of issues below). Wife really pleased with them. Don't understand why so few reviews and why so many are bad when our order all went smoothly. Maybe they've bucked their ideas up recently or had new management, but either way we're very pleased.

I ordered 4 weeks ago I was never given any tracking details just got told it’s royal mails fault but I’ve had Royal Mail deliver quite afew things I ordered after I ordered of this company and still nothing.Would not recommend this company!

My desk calendar arrived slightly damaged. I informed Busy B and they sent me a new one straight away. Fab customer service, many thanks!

Ordered a few items from them and I appreciate that during Christmas delays happen due to sales however I when I ordered I was told its a 3-4 working day delivery.
It's been nearly two weeks now and no sign of my large order having emailed them I get a response of it can day over 2 weeks for items to be sent out which is not what I was told when I placed my order. If I'd of known this I wouldn't of ordered from them.
I now cannot cancel the order I have to wait for it to finally arrive which they cannot actually tell me when it will be sent out.
It's the first and last time I'll order from them
