Energy Renewals
Energy renewals are normally quite stressful, getting bombarded by utility companies. BUR set their stall out quite quickly and I was connected to Roopresh Pancholi who was very friendly and reassuring. I definitely was not an easy customer to deal with but Roopresh provided all the information that was asked for and in the end we signed up with the companies as he advised.
