So, if you pay, never exit the page until you have downloaded all the products. However, it is impossible to see all courses at once; I am wondering how can I access them another day, if I shut my PC.

I am extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with the support provided by Business Model Analytics. The customer support is non-existent; chat messages go unanswered, and emails to support are ignored. I purchased the one-year subscription for $197 but have been unable to access any of the resources promised. This has been a frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this service to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere.

The buyer bought our bundle of ebooks with 77 ebooks, DOWNLOADED ALL OF THEM, and asked for a refund. According to our policies (https://businessmodelanalyst.com/refunds-and-policy/) he has no right to a refund since downloadable products cannot be returned once downloaded and saved to the customer's computer. We have plenty of positive reviews. Take your conclusions.
