Bushnell Arvostelua 14

I have an older bushnell cell trail cam that is about 4 years old. Today on the internet this camera still cost $299 if bought brand new. It is discontinued as expected. But I purchased this camera and invested that much money in this camera because Bushnell has a good reputation and this camera had a gps feature on it that if the camera was moved or had movement vibrations it would notify you and send a location every so often. In the manual it states that if the camera is stolen to contact them. My camera was stolen and upon contacting them I have been told that thia camera is not able to give a location unless It is manually updated in the app under my account. Needless to say I will never own anything else made or affiliated with Bushnell. They have simply stopped any sort of updates on the older cameras forcing me to purchase a newer one regardless if I still had possession of this camera or not, what would Bushnell think the chances of me purchasing their camera again? All I can say is liar liar pants on fire.

I would never order from this company again. Customer support is basically non-existent. No one ever answers the phone, no matter what time you call, and you are stuck listening to the same stupid bird chirping hold music on a loop.

I placed my order on January 12th. The email said it would ship in 5 to 7 business days, but the tracking never updated. I've reached out to customer support many times with no answer and have emailed their support. After almost a month of trying to get an update, they finally emailed to say my order was cancelled.

To make it worse, I kept getting emails asking me to review a product they never even sent.

Save yourself the hassle. You can find the same products on Amazon for less, and at least they have customer support.

Had always been happy with Bushnell, but now understand the poor reviews. Called yesterday for a simple question. Spoke with a Jason who sounded annoyed the moment he answered. Rattled off an answer to my question and his tone of voice became even more aggressive when I asked whether he would kindly repeat. At that point I even asked if the calls were recorded. I guess Garmen and other competitors must benefit from the customer focus of Jason and other Bushnell employees like him. Truly sad.

I sent a defective optic to support. The red dot was not a dot. When they received it they said it was fine when it was indeed defective. They just told me sorry and you are out of luck. You cannot talk to a supervisor. I told them to just keep it but changed my mind aprox 10 min later and told them to send it back. They said sorry for your inconvenience and just kept it never to see it again. Never buy Bushnell or do business with this company.

I sent a scope back for warranty a bushnell elite with a 30mm tube they sent me a R5 with 1" tube so that ment buying new rings was not happy with the r5 contacted bushnell and the representative told me to send back the r5 on my bill and she sent me a list on witch I could pick from so I picked a scope then as soon as my return arrived in Utah A differant representative contacted me saying that that rep no longer works there and she was not allowed to do what she said she was going to do and I could pick from getting 2 crappy Simmons scopes with 30mm tubes or they could send my Original scope back they will not honor what there employee told me and now I'm fighting to get back the 100 dollors it cost me to send my scope to them this does not sound like unmatched customer service if you ask me not to mention I sold the 1" rings and bought rings for the scope i had picked out of the list this is fair warning to anyone thinking about buying a bushnell product I've been a bushnell supporter for 35 years and that had no effect on there decision not to honor what was promised so I will no longer be buying any bushnell product and will be telling everyone about this negative experiance

I have a Bushnell 2000 lumen flashlight that would not accept a charge. I contacted “customer service”. They we absolutely no help. They suggested that I replace the flashlight. Breaks my heart to throw. $50 flashlight into the garbage. I have two other Bushnell flashlights but would NEVER buy another Bushnell product again.

Don’t purchase a Bushnell cellular trail camera. The customer service is the absolute worst. It’s impossible to get to speak with anyone. You call the customer service number and it always states that there is an increasingly amount of call volume. You can request a call option for the same day and will NEVER get a call back. Also you can stay on the line and wait for up to an hour like I’ve done without ever getting someone to answer your call. I have a Tacticam and the customer service has been excellent when I’ve experienced an issue.

Focusing became difficult on my bushnell binoculars after a few years. Hard to get through to them on the phone but when I did they sent me a replacement pair of great binocs without hesitation. Great experience!

How heck does the trustpilot.com analyses companies marks??! They put 2,6 for the bushnell.com although all people never give them more over 2 (80%) and 1 star (20%) out of 5?

The bushnell.com de facto is rolling to be a scum company by their behaviour to customer!
They will never refund your money. Never. Me and people here say it's clear.

Bushnell DS 4k trail camera, it takes very poor pictures despite what other reviews say. Tried to update the firmware to improve the picture quality, the camera said update successful but has bricked the camera.
Contacted Bushnell customer service twice without any response.
The Bushnell ironclad guarantee seems to be that you are guaranteed to get none.
Don't buy this trail camera!

BUSHELL ION EDGE WORKS WELL TO START WITH, THEN BECOMES UNRELIABLE. AFTER 14 MONTHS OF USE LONGER WORKS .. PAY THE EXTRA £30 AND BUY A GARMIN WATCH LIKE ALL MY FRIENDS HAVE.

This company’s customer service is terrible. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for weeks and they will not respond. Now I have a broken optic with no way to warranty it.

Complete rubbish. Sent them an inquiry about a product (trail cam). Received a three word answer that was totally unhelpful. It may have been factual but completely ignored the reason for the question and was very late. Arrogant, unhelpful and inefficient.
