If payment by cash take note: if you do not bring exact cash they might leave you behind. So they do not feel obliged to exchange over €10. Of you happen to come with a bigger note that €20, they won’t hesitate to leave you behind.
In a service for over half of clients being tourists, this service can be very deceiving. I had a trip to take to Terminal 1. I happen to carry €50 notes. I was left behind. I believe management is aware of the constant complaints for this rigid policy. I do not understand how this basic customer service has not been picked up and I force the company to offer a better service: a) introducing card payments in 2026 is kind of due and; b) if you restrict to cash make sure you will provide the necessary liquid to facilitate payment transactions to all clients.
Bis Garraf management fails on the most basic and should be audited on their service quality.

Mi sono recato alla fermata Gran Via 588 alle ore 17,15 per prendere il bus per Sitges. Alle 17,20 passa un bus che giustamente non si ferma perché pieno. Alle 19,20 ero ancora lì dopo che sia passato un solo altro bus anche questo pieno. Dua autobus pieni in due ore. Disperato sono stato costretto a prendere un taxi e spendere un sacco di soldi. Servizio scandaloso.
